Cons:

Pulizia molto scarsa nelle camere; ho trovato capelli sul cuscino. Abat-jour senza lampadina quindi inutilizzabile. Colazione molto scarsa in rapporto al prezzo pagato.

Perfektes Hotel für einen zentralen Städtetrip nach München.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage im Herzen des Univiertels. Wenn man Städte gerne zu Fuß erkundet, ist die Lage perfekt: Schnell ist man im Stadtzentrum, im Englischen Garten oder auch der Olympiapark ist noch gut zu erreichen. Oder man nimmt die U-Bahn oder Tram. Haltestellen befinden sich nicht weit entfernt. In direkter Nachbarschaft liegen dutzende guter Cafés und das beste Eis Münchens gibts buchstäblich an der nächsten Straßenecke.

Das Frühstück hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht: Gute Auswahl, Kaffeevariationen aus dem Vollautomaten und ein Service der seinesgleichen sucht. Es war wirklich immer jemand Anwesend, der ständig das Buffet aufgefüllt hat. Das habe ich selbst in größeren Hotels so positiv noch nie erlebt. Top!

Mein Zimmer war sauber und klein, für mich alleine total ausreichend. Es wurde tadellos gereinigt und nach der zweiten Nacht gab es frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Eine Flasche Wasser gab es zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer gratis.

Cons:

Winzig kleiner Kritikpunkt, für den das Hotel selbst aber nichts kann:
Da ich einen Sommeraufenthalt hatte, war es sehr warm in der Stadt (und entsprechend auch im Zimmer). Da ich ein Zimmer zur quirligen Straße hatte (was ich oben sehr positiv hervorgehoben hatte), war es bei geöffnetem Fenster natürlich nachts auch mal etwas Lauter.
Bei kühleren Temperaturen wahrscheinlich kein Problem, die Fenster selbst sind gut schalldicht. Ein Ventilator war auch im Zimmer, man hätte das Fenster auch schließen können. Ich würde beim nächsten Besuch dennoch ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof vorziehen.

Super zental, im Sommer höllisch heiß im BoBo Style
Pros:

Lage, Lage, Lage. Recht neues Duschbad. Beim Frühstück schön, dass es reifes Obst gab, also wirklich reif, quasi kurz vor zu weit und nur so schmeckt es auch wirklich.
Sehr charmantes Hotel im BoBo-Style mit Schwabing/Maxvortsadt Vibes.
Absolut sauber.

Cons:

Keine Klima, das sollte eigentlich fast Standard sein heute, vor allem wegen der unheimlich lauten Baustelle und großer Strasse direkt vor dem Fenster und dadurch bei offenem Fenster höllisch laut im Prinzip von morgens bis nachts.
Betten schon ziemlich durch.
Nur eine Steckdose, entweder Handy laden oder Leselicht, beides einstecken ist nicht.
Zimmer Mini, zwischen Bett und Wand Durchgang evtl. 80cm.
Wasserdruck kaum vorhanden, dafür kann allerdings das Hotel kaum was.
Frühstück sehr stark ausbaufähig, zwar Bio Eier und Honig, Tee in Bio ist heute eher Standard als Ausnahme, der vorhandene Grüntee war wirklich nicht toll.
