Muss nicht noch mal sein

Lage

Cons:

Personal behauptete, es gäbe keine Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Temperatur 35°. Am nächsten Tag ging es dann plötzlich doch. Klimaanlage funktionierte aber nicht vernünftig.
Um Punkt 10:00 Uhr wurde den Leuten das Frühstücksbuffet vor der Nase abgeräumt. Unglaublich.

Es war toll eingerichtet, sehr originell . Das Personal war super nett. Die Lage war super.

Tolle Lage, fußläufig zum Englischen Garten und zum Marienplatz. In der Nähe sind auch Haltstellen.
Das Zimmer war sauber, toll eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage. Das späte Einchecken hat reibungslos geklappt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war übersichtlich und das Personal ein wenig distanziert, trotzdem freundlich. Wir durften unser Gepäck noch ein paar Stunden nach dem Auschecken im Hotel lassen.

Well done, Das Hotel, will definitely book again when in Munich
Pros:

Nice small hotel, charming breakfast rooms. Our room was very spacious, 35m2 with modern decor. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is excellent, you can either walk to the old town, or you can use the metro. Lots of little eateries in the neighbourhood. Very close to great Munich museums.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Готель розташований дуже зручно, пішком від центра міста недалеко.
Номер, постіль,подушки,ліжко,рушники - все чисте.
Персонал привітний,не нав'язливий,посміхаються,всі добре володіють англійською.
Сніданок такий собі - пішла не голодна,все було свіже.

Cons:

Перш за все інтер'єр готелю старий,скрипучі дерев'яні сходинки на поверх,ключ від номеру,як від навісного замку,з величезним брелком-грушею,жодних електронних карт-ключів.
Кондиціонера в номері нема,шумоізоляція погана,чутно всі рухи в сусідніх номерах і при закритих вікнах весь вуличний галас.Вікна номера виходили на вулицю,де розташований вуличний ресторан - галас стояв до 3 ночі.
Асортимент на сніданку був дуже бідний - булки,масло,2 різновиди ковбаси,огірки,помідори,кава,чай, шматочок пирога. Навіть яєчні,омлета не було.

Sauberes großes Zimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, Balkon, absolut ruhig und das in einer Top Lage . Absolut empfehlenswert!

Lage gut, Zimmer schön.
Pros:

Die Lage in der City und der Stil des Zimmers

Cons:

Morgens früh roch es unangenehm im Bad, möglicherweise gibt es Bettwanzen in einer der beiden Matratzen, weil meine Tochter am übernächsten Tag rote runde Punkte an den Beinen und den Armen hatte. Sollte geprüft werden!

Super Lage. Retro Charme. Genervtes Servicepersonal.
Pros:

Lage ist top, zwischen den Kunstmuseen. Es ist ein Altbauhotel. Alle Zimmer sind retro / nostalgisch eingerichtet, zum Teil sehr museale Möbel. Auch die Badinstallationen sind retro und etwas improvisiert... das muss man mögen.

Cons:

Sämtliches Personal, v.a. beim Frühstück, ist extrem desinteressiert an den Gästen und wirkt angepisst. Kein Lächeln kein Gruß, keinerlei Freundlichkeit. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen.

Cons:

Sehr schmutziges Zimmer!
Das WC war nicht geputzt, muffiges Bettzeug, flecken auf dem Leintuch und der Boden klebt extrem!
Extrem viele Flecken an den Wänden so wie an allen Polstermöbeln!
Die Türklinke ist wackelig, hält auch nur mehr eine Schraube von drei. Die Lampen die neben dem Bett montiert sind fallen einem fast entgegen!
