Nice hotel in good location
Pros:

Good location, spacious room. The balcony was a nice plus. I loved the individual furnishing and decoration.

Cons:

I forgot my toothpaste, stores were closed, and I would have appreciated if the reception had some small tubes in store for guests. Some vegan options for breakfast would also be nice.

Nett, aber braucht Grundreinigung und bessere Ausstattung
Pros:

Jeder Raum war anders (ich war mit Kollegen da) und schön gemacht.
Die Lage war großartig, alles was ich brauchte fußläufig erreichbar.
Frühstück war ok.
Staff auch.

Cons:

Der Fußboden war ziemlich dreckig. Die Möbel waren sehr abgenutzt. Eine warme Bettdecke gab es nicht, nur ekne dünne Sommerdecke. Insgesamt war es kalt, weil die Heizung tagsüber vom Roomservice runtergeregelt wurde.
Stuhl und Tisch passten nicht zueinander, sodass man nicht gut arbeiten konnte.

Zentrale Lage, im Vorgebäude in den "alten" Zimmern kein ideales Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage in der Nähe der LMU. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Trotz der Lage des Zimmers zur Straße war es angenehm ruhig (bis auf die tropfende Toilettenspülung).

Cons:

Die letzte Renovierung ist schon etwas länger her und ich hätte erwartet, dass man auch unter den Betten mal staubsaugt. Ich würde zwar wiederkommen, aber in Anbetracht des Alters der Zimmer (im Vergleich zu den neuen Zimmern im Hinterhof) ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für die regulären Zimmer im Vordergebädue nicht ganz gegeben. Ebenso hätte es für 160€/Nacht beim durchweg guten Frühstück noch ein paar mehr kulinarische Lichtblicke geben können.

Wir kommen wieder, uns hat es gut gefallen
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns optimal. Unser Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer im Hinterhof wurde erfüllt. wir konnten auch bereits zeitlich früher einchecken. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Schöne Atmosphare.

Die Lage ist sehr günstig, um in die Innenstadt und Museen zu sehen. Auch Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in mächster Nähe.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, vorallem die Reinigung der Zimmer während des Aufenthalts. Ausserdem sind die Zimmer mittlerweile renovierungsbedürftig!

Pros:

Die Nähe zu meiner Eventveranstaltung. Die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage. Das leckere beinhaltete Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Anzahl der eigenen Innenhof Parkplätze ist auf 5 limitiert und die Zufahrt durch das Tor ist sehr eng. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind fahr gesäht.
