Los chicos de monstrador de diez la limpieza 0 tiene que trabajar más y pasar un supervisor para ver el primer día la niña da duchado a salido de la ducha y alado del bater estaba empapado con agua y a tenido una caída la niña un poco fastidiada no a pasada nada pero el susto y el contacto con el. Clean comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Breakfast was okay didn’t like the bacon but a lot of choices, treated like we were the most important people there, I go to Benidorm at least 5 times a year as I only live an hour away and have decided that when friends and family visit this is the hotel for us

Cons:

No kettle but there was a fridge so went and brought one so no problem really

Todo ! El desayuno con los alimentos más pobres del mercado , los pasillos huelen a fregasuelos de pino , secador de los años 90 ! Ascensores que resabas que no te quedes cerrado ! Un hotel viejo , las habitaciones un poco reformadas con un papel pintado ! No hay parking tuve que pagar 24€ el día en un parking público a 250 metros del hotel cargar con maletas ! Fatal fatal …

Pros:

Our room was reasonably comfortable. The view from it less so,it looked straight into someone's house around 4m away. The bathroom was dated and the finish was poor. The doorframe was buckled through dampness there was badly siliconed joints round the bath. The bath itself was slippery and you had to go to reception to ask for a non slip mat, why not have one already available in the bathroom?
The dining room was like something from Butlins in the 70s and the food was very poor for a so called 4star establishment. The cheapest most tasteless ingredients served lukewarm. The Christmas lunch where they crammed as many tables in as possible was the same, some of the worst I've tasted in many years of travelling in Spain. It seemed at mealtimes they were trying to get you in and out as quick as possible, you couldn't even have a coffee with your meal as the machines were only turned on at breakfast. I had a look at the rooftop pool which is around 8mlong and 3m wide the jacuzzi was operating if you like cold water. The housekeeping staff were top class in every day if you wished and clean towels daily. There are 2 lifts which are tiny and even the hotel recommended you to use them sparingly. Overall this place added nothing of value to my holiday in fact it was the opposite. I would not recommend staying here if you wish to travel to Benidorm.

Poor quality hotel
Pros:

We have just come back from a 5 day break at this hotel. Staff are OK (not very friendly and smile rarely) location is good and the bar area is quite nice. But the rooms, reception, corridors and restaurant is desperate for an upgrade. The restaurant and catering is like a 70s canteen and the food is terrible. I mean really terrible and cold. It's definitely not 3*+ for sure
