Hotel Avenida

Have been taking holidays at the same hotel in Benidorm I booked a different hotel for my last holiday April 2026 as I wanted a change and an alternative I chose the Avenida hotel in the old town ,I cannot praise this hotel enough location prime position in the old town rooms spacious serviced every day staff second to none food good not repetitive I could go on forever without naming previous hotel would be disrespectful after holidays with them I am sourcing future holidays and the Avenida will be first on my list looking forward to a future stay.Thanks to all the staff for their efforts made the holiday special . Check in was quick and easy.
Bed comfy
Bathroom dated, ladies bring hair driers, the one in the room took my 2 inch hair 10 min to dry.
Standard 3 star style operating at 3 star under a 4 star rating.
Food.
Jesus, no taste, catered to old mouths that didn't like garlic, spice and taste.
Staff all wonderful apart from a bloke on reception who was very dismissive and rude. I asked why was there no water or power and was just told " we told you" well you didn't.. I payed a cheep price for a 4 night break and can't really complain. But if I'd have paid more I would have been furious.
Location is great.
The dining though really is butlins circa 1965.
Oh I got locked on my balcony in my pants too😂

Great hotel visit again! My wife and I went to the Avenida Hotel for a week and what a great stay it was. Our balcony room was clean, bright and airy and well cleaned every day. The food was lovely, mainly catering for the Spanish visitors but also plenty of choice for us brits and the desserts you could die for! The Staff are brilliant and nothing too much trouble. The beach is 90 seconds away with loads of eateries and bars. The front balcony rooms can get noisy until about 10 at night but great for people watching! We would come back anytime!

Great location, Staff friendly and easy to get on with very helpful, Food was very nice as expected although more choice than other hotel's in the area. Rooms were spotless and very modern. We were there for 1 week end of October so the snack bar and air con were not on this in no way made a difference to the great holiday we had. I must say my son and I had a great holiday enjoying all of the hotel's features the WIFI was probably the best I've ever had in a Spanish hotel. Thankyou I am fetching my wife next time so it will be better as im coming in July/August x

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location right in the centre of the old town. Rooms are always really clean and fresh. Wide variety of food and great staff. This visit was my 5th or maybe 6th and we took 6 friends with us who all loved it too. Yes, the lifts could do with updating, but they were there when the building was first built. I love this hotel and we will definitely be back again for Christmas. I stayed for my 60th and they couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful or friendly. Great place - it takes some beating. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Olen yöpynyt tässä hotellissa jo useita kertoja, ja tänäkin vuonna valitsimme sen uudelleen.

Kaikki oli erittäin miellyttävää, erityisesti tällä kertaa saimme hyvän huoneen merinäköalalla ja suurella terassilla – se on iso plussa.

Matkustamme lasten kanssa, joten on tärkeää, että hotelli sijaitsee lähellä merta, että tarjolla on kolme ateriaa päivässä sekä mahdollisuus ottaa aurinkoa ja uida myös hotellin alueella.

Olemme majoittuneet tässä hotellissa nyt viidettä kertaa, ja kattokerroksen jacuzzi on myös suuri etu – lasten kanssa se on yksinkertaisesti täydellinen.

Kolmen aterian paketin voi ostaa erikseen, mikä helpottaa paljon lasten kanssa matkustamista, koska ei tarvitse etsiä ravintoloita.

Benidormissa ei iltaisin ole vapaita pöytiä, ja lasten kanssa on vaikea löytää ja varata paikkaa, joten jos hotellissa on täysihoito, se on todella iso plussa.
