Expedia miente mucho sobre el alojamiento llegas y no hay aire acondicionado, quítenlo de Expedia, tampoco edredón de plumas y el ventilador que te dan en recepción hay que pagarlo 30€ y te devuelven 10€, a la semana. El TI esta bien pero Expedia no debe mentir en cosas como esta, el hotel no tiene la culpa.

Eten was niet altijd top en niet warm genoeg!
Allergrootste minpunt waarom we er ook niet meer terug gaan: het zit er vol met Engelsen die geen manieren hebben en dag én nacht lawaai maken en de boel op stelten zetten. Gewoonweg boertig en onrespectvol, ook naar het personeel toe! Ze lappen de regels aan hun laars en ook het personeel zegt er niets van dus ja...

Hotelli sijaisi ihan ok sijainnilla, mutta on jo vanhanaikainen ja vähän nuhjuinen, eli kaipaisi jo ehostusta. Huone oli tilava ja ihan mukava. Sängyt olivat aika kovat ja ilmastointia ei ollut. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, mutta vuodevaatteita viikon aikana ei kertaakaan. Suurin ongelma tässä hotellissa on ruokailut. All inclusivea ei tähän kannata valita ja aamiainenkin varauksella. Ravintolatila sijaitsi synkässä paikassa rakennuksen pohjakerroksessa maanpinnan alapuolella. Meluisa ja kaikuva tila muistutti koulun ruokalaa. Ruoan suurin ongelma oli , että se oli aina kylmää riippumatta siitä mihin aikaan menit ruokailemaan. Ihmiset jopa lämmittvät ruokiansa mikrossa. Ruokatarjonta oli myös melko vaatimaton. Juomien tarjoaminen allasbaarissa pahvimukeista on sinänsä ihan ymmärrettävää, mutta illalla hotellin baarissa olisi toivonut saavansa juomat lasista. Kolmen tähden hotellilta ei toki niin kauheasti voi odottaa, mutta kaksi olisi ehkä osuvampi luokitus.

Gammelt hotell, men godt vedlikeholdt. Rommet var bra, pusset opp relativt nylig. Vi hadde balkong mot øst med formiddagssol og litt utsikt mot fjellene. Vi hadde halv pensjon med frokost og middag inkludert i prisen. Maten var bra, men matsalen var et tragisk kjellerlokale, så de fleste middagene spiste vi andre steder.
Basengområdet var OK, men litt trangt om plassen.
Hotellets belliggenhet er sentral med kort vei til restauranter og 5 min å gå til strandpromenaden. Ingen støy fra omgivelsene.

Great Location and accomidation

This hotel was probably ok in it’s day, but is so far off what a decent hotel should be in 2021. On a positive note, the hotel and rooms were clean and the cleaning staff do a good job. The on site supermarket was nice and the location was quite good. That’s were it stops. The features said it had four pools, but only one adult and a kid pool was available. We went half board and the food was terrible, we did go and have breakfast which was not too bad but evening meals were disgusting, worse than school canteen food our kids described it. You also did not get a beverage with your evening meal not even a soda, that’s like having breakfast and being told you need to buy your tea and coffee. Who goes out for dinner and doesn’t take a drink with it. You have to pay for WiFi 20 Euro a week per device not room, and it was so spotty, outrageous. Wanted a fan and had to pay for that too. Details said it had an arcade/games room. It was one machine situated right outside the reception toilets, our kids were disappointed as we told them the hotel had this feature and was something they were excited about. The hotel is also noisy with football chanting and drunken domestic arguments at all hours of the morning so not recommended for kids. The hotel needs to really look at what they offer v what they promote is they actually do offer or this hotel will slowly disappear in time.

Allt var bra förutom sängarna. De var gamla behövs nya madrasser annars allt bra mat service personalen var bra.

Apart from a late check-in everything was fine, room, food, staff, location, noise so just the job to be honest.
Only possible comment I would say is the pools are very cold for families.

Habíamos leído comentarios muy negativos y aún así nos arriesgamos. Pues la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria, las habitaciones se hacen cada 2 días, la cocinita viene de perlas, no te cobran por agua ni por tele, el personal es encantador, el estudio espacioso y con terracita, la comida está muy bien, los shows nocturnos variados y el todo incluido un acierto. He ido con personas mayores y un bebé, y todos hemos quedado encantados. Desde luego, volveremos en futuras escapadas invernales al paraíso.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Zona centrale in cui è possibile passeggiare e frequentare locali o ristoranti di vario genere. Peccato la mancanza del phon in bagno.

Благодарна авторам предыдущих отзывов за то, что была готова спокойно воспринимать особенности отеля - отсутствие привычных бесплатных услуг, например, Wi-Fi и мыла (было два крошечных кусочка в первый день, больше не пополняли). Все же моя оценка отеля с точки зрения соотношения цена-качество - довольно высокая.
Из плюсов: неплохое расположение отеля, несколько пляжей на разные вкусы поблизости (от 10 до 20 минут ходьбы), отель практически в центре курорта, но ночью тишина; номер-студия для одного человека достаточно просторный, есть все необходимое, в том числе кухня (холодильник, плита, микроволновка, посуда - я не пользовалась, было достаточно питания по системе "все включено"), балкон с мебелью и сушилкой; питание в целом неплохое и достаточно разнообразное; ненавязчивая анимация; персонал в основном доброжелательный и старательный.
Из минусов: уборка не ежедневная, мой номер первый раз был убран на четвертый день, впрочем, мне это не особенно мешало; на шведском столе мясо (жареное и на гриле) практически всегда на мой вкус было сухое и жесткое, но можно было найти другую еду.

Limpieza sin más.. trato agradable y comida pésima.

Vi boede på øverste etage, som er tilbygget. Vi havde et stort flot værelse med en dejlig udsigt. Men muren på terrassen var så høj at vi ikke kunne se ud overhovedet, hvis vi sad ned. Personalet var søde og effektive. Restauranten lignede en spisesal pga. farverne, men maden var fin. Hotellet ligger perfekt lige midt i centrum og havde flere pools. Vi fik det til en billig pris og syntes vi fik meget for pengene.

Very nice hotel, good food, great staff but beds not very good.

This is NOT a noon check in as advertised on the website ... check in is not until 2pm , although I had to wait until the room was ready which was 2:30pm .
Free toiletries = 2 x little bars of soap
In room facilities with fridge, kettle etc and private balcony make the accommodation quite self contained, clean and tidy.

This is the second time here and I knew what to expect. My only issue with the hotel is no AC in the rooms but I still booked to go. It's in a great location and I like the hotel.
