Perfect for families. Clean and good value for money!
Pros:

Very clean and spacious.
Great location.
Beautiful hotel!
The staff were very helpful and the 3 ladies on the desk that helped when my daughter hurt her arm, really went above and beyond! Special thank you to the tall lady with blonde hair and black waistcoat, you really did help us so much! We will definitely be back!

Apartment was nice clean and spacious
Sun terrace well equipped
Beds comfortable
Pool area was clean and plenty beds
Storage area for baggage available free of charge if you flight is later and you are still able to use the facilities
Room cleaned 5 days out of 7 with fresh linen and towels each day
Perfect location close to beach, shops etc

Cons:

Had to pay for a safe €21
No kitchen cleaning equipment or towels for drying
Drinks were expensive unless you were all inclusive
After paying for all inclusive food was ok not much of variation over 3 days and had to pay for 3 days minimum if booking all inclusive.
One staff member was quite abrupt at times

A family trip to celebrate me being married 1 year.great place to stay.bright and fresh.only let down was the Wi-Fi.

A lovely complex. Beside all the amenities and within 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Very big pool area but with lots of seating Staff very friendly

Hotel da poche pretese
Pros:

Le cose apprezzabili sono la posizione strategica della struttura e il fatto che lo staff è disponibile. Buono che ci sia un piccolo supermarket interno. E' presente uno stendino e la nostra camera aveva anche a disposizione un piccolo cucinino e un terrazzino dove abbiamo cenato quando non siamo riusciti a tornare per tempo.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza consiste solo in cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. Noi siamo rimasti una settimana e non è mai stato pulito il bagno. Il letto, nonostante la camera fosse matrimoniale, consisteva in due materassi singoli vicini (e non sono mai stati uniti, nonostante avessimo fatto presente la problematica; a quanto pare solo una tipologia particolare di camera matrimoniale ne ha diritto). La cena è disponibile solo fino alle 21.30 (orario adatto solo per austriaci e tedeschi probabilmente), quindi o uno fa le corse per tornare dalle esplorazioni nell'altra parte dell'isola o va a cena senza lavarsi. L'offerta del buffet e dell'animazione sono decisamente da rivedere.

Overall was an amazing stay & will be returning
Pros:

Clean , tidy , lovely staff , great location , plenty of things to do within the hotel

Cons:

I did order the grilled cheese and 4 slices of cheese were on a plate with nothing else ....

Thought maybe it would have bread or even toast. Was 9€ so wasn't happy about that.

I have been to this hotel many times and would recommend it for adults and children

Having stayed here previously in the past I returned and I would return again.
Pros:

The property was clean, family friendly and close to the beach. The staff were also very helpful.

Cons:

There could have been an iron and ironing board provided and also the way the bathroom flooded with water each time the shower was used and that was not because of a faulty shower but the flooring itself so numerous towels where required to be put on the floor.

Pros:

Posizione ottima,vicina a tanti servizi...La spiaggia dista pochi minuti a piedi,una bella passeggiata...Personale alla reception eccezionale...Valentina e Sonia top...cibo ottimo,tanta scelta e piatti diversi ogni giorno,complimenti allo staff di cucina...Camerieri gentilissimi e professionali...carinissimi anche i ragazzi dell'animazione...Ci torneremo sicuramente

Cons:

Unica pecca e mi dispiace tanto dirlo è la pulizia delle camere...un servizio che sicuramente va rivisto e riorganizzazato
