Hotel Folias San Agustín

Der Zimmerservice hat hervorragend gearbeitet. Die Zimmer wurden tgl. gründlich gereinigt. Poolbereich ist übersichtlich gestaltet, so man nicht dem Nachbar auf dem Schoß sitzt.

Ja. En ser både havet och nära till shoppingcentrum med mataffärer, restauranger, apotek, biluthyrning och affärer.

Meerblick&Blick auf den Park mit vielen Vogelarten inkl. Papageien. Sehr freudlches Personal. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Schöne renovierte Zimmer. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Blick, Ausstattung, Service, Lage, Freundlichkeit.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu toppen.

L'hotel è datato ma tenuto bene, c'è tutto il necessario, il personale è molto gentile e la colazione eccellente con prodotti di ottima qualità

Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool.

Good cooking utensils but no salt, pepper or oil etc was given which is unnecessary to buy yourself. Coffe machine, toaster, water cooker were good to have.

Room was old but well kept. 5 min to the beach

Trevligt ställe o mkt trevlig personal. Ett äldre och ganska slitet hotell men rent o fint underhåll. Sängarna behöver bytas ut, bad om extra madrass men fick typ madrass skydd på ca 0.5 cm... kanske språkförbistring??? Över lag nöjd med vistelsen!

Maravilloso

Given a room the size of a broom cupboard but main disappointment there was no balcony hated every minute lovely weather but couldn’t sit on a balcony.
Bar closed at 4pm then nothing in the hotel had to walk up to the shopping center for a drink.

Piètre accueil à notre arrivée par un imposant monsieur sans sourire… qui donne simplement des ordres à une jeune fille à ses côtés.
Juste envie de fuir devant ce premier contact!!
Porte de la chambre qui a dû être fracturée et réparée ensuite mais indigne d’un hôtel 3*.
Serviettes de piscine non fournies.
Ménage, évacuation des poubelles (coin cuisine) et changement de serviettes uniquement le lundi, mercredi et vendredi… du jamais vu et surtout pas d’informations de ce type dans le descriptif de l’hôtel. DÉCEVANT!!

Respa oli enemmän kiinnostunut tietokonenäytöstä kuin asiakkaasta.

The staff was excellent.
The staff at the reception was very friendly, smiling and helpful.
The ”Poolguy” was something special. Smiling and always available to help you with the sunshade or moving your sunbed. A big thank you to him:)))).
The pool and the area around it was big enough and there was always space and a sunbed for everyone. The music was maybe too loud and old from The 80’s and 90’s only. I also notised that the small tables beside the beds were very old, grey and dirty.

The size of the hotel was suitable , not too big or small. We liked the small kitchen in the room and we loved the balcony with the view We were able to see the sea and some beautiful houses. The bed was nice and good. The only thing in the room we missed was a place for your luggage instead of the floor.
A small minus in our opinion was that if you wanted to change your pool-towel more than once a week or if you wanted to use the safe in the room you had to pay extra.
The area San Agustin is nice and peaceful.

Var her i 12 dager og hadde et flott opphold.
Rent og ryddig rom, behagelig bassengområde og kort vei til strand, shopping og restauranter.
Litt gammelt og noe lytt mellom rommene ,men vennlighet og godt renhold oppveide dette.
Anbefales på det sterkeste og her får man god overnatting for en fin pris.

Sköna sängar, medioker frukost, något tunna väggar i toan, men överlag bra personal och skön stämning.

Gammelt nedslitt hotel. Med hyggelig betjening.
Dårlig med bytte av sengetøy.

Todella hyvä sijainti rauhallisella puistoalueella ja
kaikki tarvittava kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Bussipysäkki myös ostoskeskuksen edustalla mistä pääsee kätevästi esim. Puerto Ricoon/Moganiin päiväretkelle. Hieno merinäköala jopa 3 kerroksesta. Hyvä siivouspalvelu, siistit huoneet ja mukavat isot sängyt. Avulias mukava henkilökunta. Aamiaisbuffet ihan ok 10€/per henkilö. Viereinen ravintola hotellin kyljessä myös todella hyvä. Kokonaisuudessaan voin suositella!

Close to a lovely beach. Restaurants, shops and transport links all within a few minutes walk.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
Comfortable room with balcony with sea view.

Good location near the beach, sunlight on the balcony and a little park. Breakfast adequate, if not inspired. Annoying that the room safe had an extra daily charge. Nice touch that we got a take-with-you breakfast for a 5 am departure.

Its not my first time, Hotel its in very good location. Staffs are very friendly.
Very clean, beds are ver comfortable

Het hotel ligt perfect gelegen dicht bij het strand, supermarkten en restaurants. Wij verbleven in de studio op de gelijkvloers die er exact uit ziet als op de foto's.
Dit was de ideale plek met een baby. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Enkele minpuntjes:
- de douche was niets waard. De kop slingerde maar wat aan de muur en de temperatuur was niet in te stellen. Van heet naar koud
- het lawaai die startte s'avonds van het personeel die de poetskarren voorbereidde. Dit gebeurde met een oude winkelkar, wetende dat heel het hotel niet effen ligt. Zowel s'avonds, als overdag heel veel geluidsoverlast in de studio. Zonder kinderen vormt dit minder een probleem, maar met een baby is dit allesbehalve ideaal.
- het zwembad had ijskoud en de matrasjes op de ligbedden waren onhygiënisch

Misschien iets te prijzig voor wat het is maar de ligging is alles.
