Como siempre, muy agradable

Esta es nuestra tercera vez en el hotel, ya que la ubicación es muy buena, y la relación calidad-precio del hotel también, pero sin duda lo mejor son los trabajadores, en especial Juan Luis (socorrista) que siempre está atento a lo que puedas necesitar, dispuesto a hacer buenas recomendaciones, y con una alegría que hace que no te quieras ir, y Kilian (personal del bar piscina) cuyo trato es impecable, muy atento y siempre tiene una sonrisa.

Cons:

A veces tardaban un poco en tener limpiar la habitación, pero coincidió con que el hotel estaba muy lleno. Aún así repetiremos.

The room although dated was clean and tidy,pool very good ,view from room very good overall a lovely experience and will definately come back again

Por ponerle un pero la habitación que me tocó fue en la planta baja y la terraza hay una mesa y 2 sillas pero no la pudimos casi utilizar ya que no tenía ningún toldo o sombrilla por lo que en las hora del almuerzo teníamos que comer dentro ya que no podíamos utilizar la terraza.

Pros:

Ya es la tercera vez que nos alojamos y estamos muy contentos con el ambiente, la ubicación y las camas, por ejemplo. Repetiremos seguramente el año que viene.

Una muy buena opción en san Agustín
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la comida y la tranquilidad del complejo a pesar de estar lleno. El trato del personal fue muy bueno sobre todo del piscinero

Cons:

Lo único malo que tuvimos en este hotel fue que las máquinas de café estaban rotas los dos días que nos hospedamos.
