Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, soprattutto per il sig Jacobo (per gli italiani Giacomo) con cui abbiamo chiacchierato molto. Gentilissime anche le due ragazze con cui è stato facile parlare anche in italiano.
I ragazzi del ristorante bravissimi con un servizio impeccabile ma con qualche difettino, noleggio scooter ottimo

I ragazzi del ristorante per quanto bravi siano, consiglio solo di non tirare via subito il piatto con fretta quando ancora si ha l’ultimo boccone in bocca e appoggiato la forchetta sul piatto, per quanto riguarda la cucina, dico solo che più di una volta abbiamo trovato carne cruda, paella con riso crudo, e scarsa scelta data la monotonia giornaliera. Pulizia della camera non nelle nostre aspettative, asciugamani mai cambiati neanche una volta in 9 giorni, non pretendevamo ogni giorno, ma almeno dopo 5 giorni era meglio cambiarli, posacenere mai svuotato, a meno che buttavi i mozziconi nel cestino della camera stessa cosa per le bottiglie di vetro, il tavolo fuori pulito 1 giorno si e 3 no, lasciando sabbia e sporco.
Per quanto riguarda la doccia problemi… acqua scarsa, ne usciva così poca che facevi fatica anche a bagnarti i capelli, a qualsiasi ora del giorno, pensavamo per l’uso collettivo contemporaneamente come ci è stato detto ma in realtà no, acqua calda a volte non andava oppure faceva bollente e ghiacciata ogni 5 secondi

Hôtel bien situé mais dont les infrastructures sont décevantes

Bon emplacement de l'hôtel. Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Matelas non confortables. Isolation très mauvaise (nous entendions la TV de la chambre voisine ainsi que l'ascenseur).
Chambre vieillotte, cabine de douche très exigüe.
Moquette très ancienne dans les parties communes.
Les repas étaient corrects mais sans renouvellement

Buena ubicación para descubrir cala en porter
Pros:

El personal muy amable y atentos. La habitación es amplia y con balcón. La ubicación cerca de Punta Prima y todas las actividades que se pueden hacer en los alrededores de la cala

Cons:

La cama era un poco incómoda, colchón duro a mi parecer y a pesar de que hayamos pedido una cama doble, eran dos camas personales juntadas
