Nos estresamos en vez de relajarnos

Lo único que nos gustó, fue que el señor que hacía el aseo y a la vez era el recepcionista era muy amable. Solo eso.

Cons:

Que parecía un hotel fantasma, era viejo, sin aire acondicionado, caian insectos por las noches como baratas. Lejos de todo. Falta inversión, creo que si le pusieran más cariño sería genial

Pros:

Das Personal war mega unfreundlich. So was hab ich noch nie erlebt die Zimmertüren waren aufgebrochen, das WC vollgeschissen und das Zimmer hat keine Reinigung bekommen vor unserer Anreise. Kaputte Deckenventilatoren keine klima, das Zimmer war wärmer wie draußen die 40 Grad. Hier besteht die Chance sich sein Urlaub richtig zu versauen.

Cons:

Das man sein Geld nicht wieder bekommt obwohl nicht das vor zu finden war was ein versprochen wird. Für booking echt peinlich.

Assolutamente non conforme alla descrizione – esperienza molto negativa

La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente negativa e la struttura si è rivelata molto diversa da quanto ci aspettavamo sulla base dell'annuncio.
La cosa più grave riguarda la posizione: l'annuncio su Booking indicava la struttura come “fronte spiaggia”, mentre in realtà si trova a Cala Figuera, a circa 2 km dalla spiaggia più vicina di Cala Santanyi .Abbiamo scelto questa struttura proprio anche in considerazione della sua posizione e riteniamo quindi che l'informazione riportata nell'annuncio sia fortemente fuorviante.
Anche le condizioni della struttura ci hanno molto deluso.
La camera era piccola e molto calda, priva di aria condizionata. Il ventilatore a soffitto era rumoroso, poco efficace e traballante. Uno dei letti era rivestito con una tela cerata, rendendo il riposo particolarmente scomodo e provocando una forte sudorazione.
Abbiamo inoltre trovato:
una lampada vicino al letto senza lampadina;
una vite sporgente dall'appendiabiti, a causa della mancanza del pomolo, con rischio di ferirsi;
un armadio a muro sporco, contenente vecchi apparecchi telefonici abbandonati e insetti morti.
Durante gran parte della notte abbiamo inoltre sentito urla e schiamazzi provenire dai corridoi. Non ci siamo sentite tranquille al punto da evitare di uscire dalla camera per verificare cosa stesse accadendo. La mattina abbiamo trovato anche immondizia abbandonata nel corridoio.
La situazione è stata tale che abbiamo deciso di anticipare il check-out di tre giorni, rinunciando alle notti già pagate e dovendo sostenere un'ulteriore spesa per trovare un altro hotel.
Abbiamo documentato fotograficamente le condizioni della struttura e abbiamo presentato un reclamo a Booking.com. La gestione del reclamo è stata inoltre molto deludente: ci è stato comunicato che la struttura non intendeva effettuare alcun rimborso.

Una experiencia realmente lamentable. El hotel cobra 30 € por cada hora de retraso después de las 21:00, algo que me parece totalmente abusivo. En mi caso, llegué aproximadamente a medianoche debido al retraso de mi vuelo y, además de los 150 € que ya había pagado por tres personas, tuve que pagar otros 90 € simplemente por llegar tarde.

Lo peor es que, después de pagar ese importe, las condiciones del hotel fueron pésimas. El recepcionista que nos atendió parecía estar bajo los efectos del alcohol y olía fuertemente a alcohol.

La habitación estaba muy sucia, los sábanas estaban sucias, no había toallas y había un olor horrible a humedad y moho. Hacía muchísimo calor y el ventilador funcionaba muy mal. Las condiciones eran tan malas que incluso vimos personas durmiendo en los balcones.

Por el precio que pagamos, esperaba unas condiciones mínimamente dignas. No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Cobrar 30 € por hora por llegar después de las 21:00, especialmente cuando el retraso se debe a un vuelo, me parece completamente desproporcionado. Una experiencia muy mala de principio a fin.

Superbe séjour on recommande !

La proximité d’un superbe lieu, l’accueil, la chambre était correct, nous y avons séjourné 3 jours, tout s’est très bien passé
