From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the rooms cannot accommodate extra beds. Additional guests will be provided with mattresses.

Door de Ramadan was het overdag heel rustig in het stadje omdat alles dicht was dus we hebben snel de reuring van Cenang weer opgezocht

Great place to have a good rest.
Pros:

The great service of the staff, the clean rooms and the garden at the back with the swimming pool.

Cons:

Restaurant wasn't open (I guess because of Ramadan?) and the swimming pool needed filtering, though was fairly clean.

Cons:

Mycket mygg på rummet, slapp att komma in någonstans ifrån.
Hade betalat för frukost men fick ingen för det var ramadan, som jag inte vetat om. Fick inga pengar tillbaks för det.

Estancia excelente y el personal muy amable , especialmente Hida
Pros:

El trato del personal , sitio muy tranquilo para descansar sin ruidos .
Desayuno en su piscina con un ambiente relajado .
La habitación cómoda y espaciosa .Perdonal muy atento en todo momento.

Pros:

The quiet. The small restaurant just outside the property. That you can come and go at any time of the day or night. The flexible check in and check out time. And the helping staff.

Cons:

Just one thing. The swimming pool could have been cleaner. It was not so bad or anything, just that it would be great if it was cleaned regularly. But probably it was off season, so , there were many leaves etc in the pool.

Je recommande fortement pour la piscine, l emplacement près de la jetée et l'amabilité du personnel.
Pros:

La piscine !!! Magnifique espace. Piscine bien propre.
La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nos voisins, chambres de 4 qu'on entendait comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre. Ils n'étaient pas du tout respectueux, arrivent à 23h30 en parlant très fort. A 1h30 du matin on a dû frapper très fort à leur porte pour qu'ils nous laissent enfin dormir. C'est lamentable de se comporter comme ça. Mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien.
Juste insonoriser les chambres. Surtout que notre chambre communiquait avec la leur directement par double porte.
J'aurai aimé avoir du savon dans le réservoir de la douche...il n y avait rien.
