The location was perfect
Extremely basic facilities, very dated and in desperate need of decorating. Carpets were dirty. Shower cubicle was tiny and the shower head trickled water! Rooms were noisy, you could hear others guests throughout the stay plus their TV’s. 1 thin pillow per person. Enormous AC unit with huge pipe stuck out of the window which had to be closed because it was so noisy! Overall very dissatisfied

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times and always stay here if I am in London and there are vacancies. It is homely and welcoming and excellent value for money.

Lovely, polite staff at the reception. There is no lift, and staff helped to get my bags on the floor 3. Lovely double room, clean, shower, bathroom nice.
Our room was on the top floor with seling going down towards the outside wall. Unfortunately, electric plugs are exactly on that low wall, and I managed twice to bang my head after reaching plugs.
