Location to Gatwick
In the family room we were in the TV was on the wall, but in a location where you couldn’t see it properly from any of the beds. Every angle was side on.
At one point I went to my car to get something, but forgot my key. When I pressed the buzzer to get back in it was like I was being told off as I’d forgotten the key. Not very friendly!

Location was too far away was told it was only a10 minute walk to the underground but was more like 30 minutes
Nosing neighbours from next doors room when mentioned to staff on checking out no apology from them got told should have rang reception AT 2am

Nothing I Liked Everything
Great location, We booked for one night as attending a concert at Emirates Stadium. A very easy bus ride to and from the stadium.
Hotel was perfect for a one night stay. It has several car parking spaces to the side and behind it and we had no trouble parking, there was also lots of on street parking available close by. There are a variety of places locally to have breakfast as not available at the hotel which has very basic facilities but as expected so we weren't disappointed especially as it is a 3 star hotel.
Reception very helpful with advice on how to get home from the stadium.
Only thing was no breakfast but nothing major as lots of places to choose from a few minutes walk away
I liked it as was 24 hrs reception

Friendly staff, great location for access to Muswell hill and Alexandra park and palace. Hotel is very good value given its location.

It was all I needed...nice to have a decent room tea and coffee supplied
All the staff very friendly and as helpful as they could of been even let us leave our car on check out day for us to go and sightsee
We did book a room with 2 singles and a double but got 2 doubles but didn't cause an issue really

In a great area with lots of shops and restaurants and so close to Alexander Palace where we were attending an event.
It wasn’t that I didn’t like it, but the shower was so tiny, it was difficult to move about, the property is fabulous but in need of renovation.
Very nice friendly staff, Great Location, Very Clean, Budget friendly.
I stayed here during a heatwave in London where temperatures were 30° C + my room was like a furnace it was so hot it made it very difficult to get to sleep, I think in these conditions Roseview Hotel could at least offer electric plug-in fans to guests or Air conditioning.
The general look of it and the location were very nice.
I wished that breakfast was offered
