The location is really good and the car park is convenient.
The bathroom is quite tight and some noise from upstairs.
Comfortable bed, powerful, hot shower. The rooms are peaceful despite location on a busy Muswell Hill Broadway. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Plenty of shops and varied restaurants close by. The mini fridge in the room makes it easier to shop and eat and drink economically.
The television remote control was old and it was hard to turn off and on. They forgot to leave a kettle in my room, though brought one promptly when requested. Nowhere to hang a wet towel in my small room or bathroom.
15 min walk from ally pally, you get what you pay for, would stay again

Easily improvable minor thing, there are great signs from the lobby to the rooms but none going the other way and I got a little lost going to a fire door.

No bed side light internal was missing no teaspoon on coffee tray . no on site breakfast dining room , had to go outside to jenny ‘s with 15 % discount if showing up with key card from hotel

Great location and building from the outside. Very Dated furniture and fittings fridge door appeared broken

The property was a great location for what I needed
I paid £214 for a room with very little space at the top of the building with carpet that was made of scraps, there was a hole in the wall covered by paper so it was very cold (this was in February also) there was a very tiny shower/WC room. The state of the room was not worth the price paid
