Not worth the money vs the location
Pros:

The property was a great location for what I needed

Cons:

I paid £214 for a room with very little space at the top of the building with carpet that was made of scraps, there was a hole in the wall covered by paper so it was very cold (this was in February also) there was a very tiny shower/WC room. The state of the room was not worth the price paid

Linen was fresh and clean. Location is good, nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants close by

Cons:

The rooms are run down, the whole hotel is run down - old carpets, surely stars, very cheap bathroom furniture and wall cover, very old unfriendly furniture in the tiny lobby. one of the rooms small as a closet and had a bad smell.

Smashing Hotel a stones throw from Ally Pally!
Pros:

Second time here (that must say a lot!). Great little hotel for us (close to family). Friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. We're really glad we found it!
