Готель старий , меблі не в кожному номері поміняні , ціна на мою думку дуже завищена за такі умови !
Pros:

Розташування, близько до Аркадії, магазини поруч, дівчата на рецепції та покоївки , особливо на другому поверсі , дуже приємні та привітні 😊

Cons:

Сніданки які заявлені на сайті по 300 грн з людини насправді 350грн, дівчина яка при вході в ресторан максимально не приємна, підходить і по 3-4 рази уточнювала наш номер і чи сплатили ми сніданки невдоволений погляд , вона псує всю атмосферу в Вашому готелі !

Pros:

Хороший готель у співвідношенні ціна/якість. За свої гроші — один із найкращих варіантів. Приємний і ввічливий персонал, завжди готовий допомогти. Сподобалося й місцерозташування: навколо висотні будівлі, що створює безпеку при обстрілах)))) район виглядає безпечним. Якщо шукаєте комфортний варіант без зайвих переплат , нормальний готель

Cons:

Єдине, що не сподобалося, — сніданки. На мою думку, краще бронювати номер без них: приблизно за ті ж 300 грн можна чудово поснідати в одному з кафе біля пляжу, де значно більший вибір і смачніша їжа. Також трохи дивно, що на весь готель під час сніданку працює лише одна кавомашина — через це постійно збирається черга. Якби не цей момент, враження були б майже ідеальними. Загалом за свою ціну — рекомендую.

Гибкость к клиенту съесть бутерброд в 7:15 всесто 7:30 это не просьба об екстра сервисе. Даже если кто то перепутал врем

Отличное размещение, все как всегда отлично

Cons:

Пришла на завтрак в 7:10 вместо 7:30. Девочка на рецепции перепутала время. Шведский стол только формировали, я взяла чашку чтобы налить кофе на что мне отказали в завтраке сославшись что он с 7:30. В 7:15 меня уже забрал водитель и поесть я согла только в 19:00. Я попросила кофе на рецепции объяснила ситуацию. Короче кофе явыпила. Я попросила вычесть завтрак за этот день из счета, что не было сделано а на следующий день мне завстоловой сказала что они мне приготовили сухой паек . На что я поблагодарила и обьяснила что у меня было 15 минут до выхода и паек я не увидела до того времени. На будущее буду выбирать отель с завтраками в 7:00 поскольку я не отдыхающий я работающий клиент. В целом гостинница отличная, персонал отличный, завтрак вкусный.

Карточка для входа в номер часто размагничивалась, из-за чего приходилось каждый раз спускаться на ресепшен

Дорого - але не відповідає ціні
Pros:

Не поганий готель , але не відповідає ціні

Cons:

Прибирання в номері не було за 5 днів проживання ( постіль не змінюють , не пилососять , тільки змінювали рушники )
