Pros:

El personal es muy amable. La zona de la piscina con acceso directo a la playa privada está genial, también se pueden contratar actividades en el mismo hotel. Finalmente, nos alojamos en una habitación con vistas al mar espectacular. La habitación muy amplia y limpia.

Cons:

Al principio alquilamos una cabaña, pero al llegar vimos que había muchos insectos. Esa misma tarde, encontramos una araña enorme dentro del váter. Al estar rodeado de tanta vegetación es lo normal, pero si no estás cómodo con insectos no recomiendo la cabaña. No obstante, pedimos un cambio de habitación y el personal lo gestionó sin problema y deprisa.

The staff could do a better job, so could the management
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the nature is great and we recommend staying at the villas for privacy. The food was ok :)

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly - we had multiple occasions where food that we paid couldn’t be ordered, because we arrived at the restaurant at 14:28 (lunch finishes at 15:00!!). We had to argue on multiple occasions about this. The last order is always 30 minutes before closing but so is the last “take” of all inclusive food. They just take away the dishes even though the food is already prepared and people are still in the restaurant.

We have also arrived an hour early and the rooms were ready, but the reception told us we can have an early check in for 3300 yen per villa - poor hospitality…

The rooms were not cleaned at all during our stay (3 nights) - we had only towels exchanged. No pool / beach towels were available.

The staff didn’t speak good English.

The humidity was mishandled - no purifiers and ventilation. Bathrooms smelled and we had 2 cockroaches

Super Lage und schöne Zeit

Nichts außen herum‐Bungalows sehr für sich
Toll ausgestattet

Cons:

Beladen ist nicht vor der Hütte erlaubt, schade.

自然好きには最高！
Pros:

海が近く、ツアー（アクティビティー）も行きやすい。建物は古いが部屋は綺麗。高級ホテルよりも自然が楽しめて良い。ローカルなエリアなため、市街地みたいにお店は充実していないが、その分自然が楽しめた。子供が虫や海の生き物が大好きなのでとても楽しめました。

Cons:

わかりやすく「パジャマやタオルを変えて欲しい」とメモしておかないと忘れられることもあった。
