DESIDIA , DETERIORO, DESCORTESÍA, HIPOCRESÍA..., A VECES GENERAN ACCIDENTES... ME OCURRIÓ A MÍ...!!!

La ubicación céntrica es lo único rescatable...

Cons:

La muy mal predisposición de su personal. Me ocurrió un grave accidente al salir del duchador, al estar los zócalos del plato de ducha, rotos y descalzados de su posición, dejando expuesta una punta muy aguda y filosa hacia arriba, que me generó un profundo corte en el lateral del talón, con abundante sangrado. Ante el pedido de atención su única respuesta fue alcanzarnos algodón y desinfectante y llamar un taxi para que me lleve juntro a mi esposa, a hacerme la curación. Por suerte, el taxista tuvo la mejor predisposición para acompañarnos durante varias horas, llevandonos de un lugar a otro de la inmensísima Estambul, hasta que al fin encontró una Clínica que me atendió con la premura del caso y hasta procedió a abonar de su propio bolsillo los gastos de atención e insumos y la medicación que me aplicaron, ante nuestra falta de dinero efectivo. Una vez repuestos del susto inicial y el dolor, con la curación inicial y tras "larguísimas" 6 horas, regresamos al hotel... Y allí no cabíamos en el asombro cuando al preguntarle al conserje de que se haría cargo el hotel, su lacónica y reiterativa respuesta fue:
"QUE POR PARTE DEL HOTEL NO HABÍA RESPONSABILIDAD ALGUNA, DADO QUE ERA CULPA MÍA NO HABER DENUNCIADO PREVIAMENTE DE ESE RIESGO PARA MI INTEGRIDAD FÍSICA..."
Me pregunto una y mil veces... y no encuentro respuesta lógica ante semejante ESTUPIDEZ HUMANA...
"Alguien puede adivinar...? Alguien puede predecir...? Alguien puede saber... cuándo, dónde, cómo, con qué y de qué manera se va a accidentar"...?
Y ante nuestros reiterados reclamos, para que se hicieran cargo de lo acaecido por culpa de su desidia y falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, el "señor", con total HIPOCRESÍA, volvía a repetir una y más veces con las mismas palabras huecas...
"QUE POR PARTE DEL HOTEL NO HABÍA RESPONSABILIDAD ALGUNA, DADO QUE ERA CULPA MÍA NO HABER DENUNCIADO PREVIAMENTE DE ESE RIESGO PARA MI INTEGRIDAD FÍSICA...

I would recommend it.
Pros:

The property was very clean , location close to all amneties and historical locations, Grand bazaar, metro. The area was quiet. Breakfast very good and staff very friendly and helpful.

جاي تركيا ودافع تذاكر اسكن في مكان زي الأوادم واترك القعاطة

موقعه قريب من ترام m1 ومن مرمراي وكل شي جنبك الافطار جيد والموظفين قمه فالرقي جميعهم كما اني تلقيت من الفندق هديه عند الخروج في اخر يوم لي كما انهم حفظوا شنط السفر عندهم لان طائرتي متاخره فالليل وفي احد المرات مررت بوعكه صحية حيث التوت قدمي ارسلوا للغرفه ثلج وكان سبب في تشافي قدمي الحقيقه فندق يحترم الضيف ويقدره

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Bei jeder Frage stehen sie jeder Zeit zur Verfügung mit professionellen Umgang. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und an Auswahl für den kleinen Raum recht vielfältig!! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage des Hotels ist echt top! Vor der Tür sind Supermärkte, wo man zu jeder Uhrzeit einen Abstecher machen kann, wenn der Hunger drückt!

Pros:

The hotel is amazing, the location on top. Hotel workers are professional and very polite people. They are very communicative and are always there to help you if needed. Rooms are clean, there is pool, sauna and more. Breakfast also good. If i would come again to Istanbul i would def choose the same hotel☺️

Nice hotel close to points of interest
Pros:

Excellent location, close to points of interest, shops, and restaurants. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of food, some I was not familiar with but it was good since I decided to try some. It also had fruits, cereals, bread, pastry, eggs to order, milk, tea, coffee, etc.

Pros:

Ótima localização, excelente Staff e um café da manhã farto. Proximidade com os pontos turísticos e transportes públicos. Várias opções de restaurantes nos arredores, me hospedaria novamente; recomendo.

Great value in a great location.
Pros:

Great location close to all the main sights and transport hubs. Easy access to boats, trams, trains and airport bus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Excellent shower. Good restaurants and convenience stores close by.
