Room ventilation was very poor. Bed sheets was dirty.
Receptionist was very helpfull.

Bathroom water was not clean there was dirt in the water, even room service for toilet paper and tissue paper was not timely made.

Location of Hotel. It was located in the heat of old city and all the landmarked visiting place are around 4-5 KM range. Behavior of staff, they are good people and helping a lot in guiding city location etc.

The property was not clearly written for complementary breakfast. The hotel is very cleverly hide this information which is not customer friendly. In this pries range lot of other hotel was available with breakfast. I suggest Booking.com top support customer and take out of listing of similar hotel.
The Water in tap coming super hot, difficult to bath. It was unconfirmable, no cold water was available in tap to mix. Mixer was malfunctioning.

It was really a bad experience of staying in such a cheap hotel. Bathroom was dirty and service was worst. Never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
Our trip was a family leisure, hotel condition is average, bathroom fittings and other room fittings are all below average. Services are slow, if u order anything other than restaurant such as house keeping items then u need to wait or should send a reminder once or twice. Not recommended if u r going with kids, I was expecting a larger room but I found its a bit smaller. Surrounding is the only attraction u may like because location of the hotel is good.
Overall its an average hotel if u r going alone for some business trip or may be for corporate guests.
Honestly, I may not visit again!
We spent five nights at this hotel. It is on the outskirts of the city but within easy reach of the centre and the shopping malls.
