Pros:

The location is perfect for us. 2nd time visiting.

Cons:

Could do with a few more cooking items such as small frying pan as only 1 large pan.
There was also a strange smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodorant

Sehr gefallen hat mir die Lage, der Strand, viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute ÖPNV-Anbindung in der Nähe. Das Zimmer hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen, alles was man braucht (außer Salz), waren verfügbar und ausreichend für ein Apartmenthotel.

Cons:

Ich denke ein wenig Englisch sollte man in der Branche immer können, mit gebrochenem Spanisch und Offenheit kommt man aber immer ans Ziel, daher keine richtige Kritik dafür. Das Personal kann morgens gerne etwas bedachter durchs Haus laufen.
Großes Problem: 3 Tage nach Anreise wurden in unserem Apartment die Fenster ausgetauscht. Geht schonmal nicht, n Zimmer zu vermieten und planbare Sanierungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Mitbekommen haben wir das am Vorabend um 22 Uhr, über den Monitor neben dem Fahrstuhl. Haben dafür die groben Tagespläne umgeworfen. Am Tag nach der Renovierung kam man dann unangekündigt ins Zimmer um die eingebauten Fenster nochmal zu kontrollieren (DO NOT DISTURB, war währenddessen ausgeschildert).
Achtung bei der Nutzung der Dunstabzugshaube, fällt auseinander. Zumindest in einem Zimmer geht sie jetzt aber wieder, kostenlose Leistung meinerseits.

Parveke ei vastannut lainkan kuvia ja oli todella pieni siihen ei mahtunut edes kahta ihmistä istumaan . Henkilökunnan kielitaito hämmensi eivät osanneet englantia

Apt in rustige buurt, vlakbij Playa de Las Canteras.
Pros:

zeer vriendelijke dame die ons ontvangen heeft. Keukentje met welkomstitems. Vlakbij de zee. Geen lawaai van café, restaurant of bar beneden want die zijn er niet. Veel rustiger dan de kamers aan de strandboulevard. Veel eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand.

The location was great and the bed was comfy. It was a good amount of space for the two of us and the shower was nice.

Cons:

There is only one window in the whole place and it doesn’t bring in natural light in so it feels like you’re in a dungeon. The photos are deceiving.

Close to the main promenade and beach, quiet. Excellent ammeneties all around.
Pros:

The property is easily sufficient to be a base from which to enjoy Las Palmas. Good quality bedding, towels and enough kitchen equipment to self cater. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water.

Depending on your expectations it’s absolutely fine. I missed being able to watch English speaking tv
