Christmas Eve at Vega Hotel was truly memorable with all our friends. From the entrance, beautifully decorated with Christmas ornaments, to the cozy atmosphere, everything was wonderful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and it was served continuously until closing. The excellent and helpful service from Mrs. Efi and her team made our Christmas Eve perfect. There is a balcony attached to my room however it was locked and not accessible. The location of this hotel to the shopping mall is great. Shops are within walking distance. It is my one of my favourite hotels in this area.

Thankyou for warm hospitality, specially for Mr. Gunawan has already helped us as long as we stay here , the pool was kids friendly . Fast check in & checkout , Good Air conditioner also for hotel facilities. Strategic location , will come back soon ..

Had a birthday party for my daughter and stay for one night here. Even 3 star hotel, I can make sure that their customer service is superb. Before and after sales. Friendly staff.
Their breakfast has more variety than other 3 stars hotels in Tangerang. Their pool was the reason why the kids love staying here 😀.
If you want to have mini staycation with your little one, you don’t have to travel too far. Bring your kids here, they will be happy.

I had an amazing stay at Vega Hotel with my family to recharge after a strenuous work week by enjoying their big swimming pool . Mr David and the team warmly welcome me at the reception and do my check-in procedure smoothly . Rooms are comfortable and clean. This room faces the pool which is very good and refreshing. Breakfast was welcomed by the FB team who were very friendly and helpful. Thanks Vega Hotel team Keep your service great!

シャワーの出が悪い

Need urgent maintenance in the rooms and bathrooms.

the eating area is too small for the number of people staying at the hotel. there is a smell on the 8th floor that should be researched. and someone should make sure builders of motels create a slight slope in showers for proper drainage.

Plenty of food options around the hotel. Aircon was a little erratic and noisy though. Great location for a no frills vacation.

Quiet and good stay.

What i like is the location is close to my friends house, and the staff is very helpfull,
What i dont like is i stay for 6 nights on 6th floor and every nights around 12 ish am someone like tidying up the rooms so noisy, and the rooms isnt very clean the sheet of the beds lots of spots, i complain already and they gave me a new ones its better but the floor is dirty..the fridge inside the rooms it doesnt work, and every single day someone will clean up my rooms even i told them not too..and move my property inside the room as well, and the food really bad..the nasi uduk is the worse, maybe next time ill stay here again maybe...i hope you guys can fix this please thanks

Room was terrible dirty , dusty and bed sheets was dirty and expecting this room to sell to guest to sleep with . Bathroom towels are dirty and dark
Super beware and not recommend to stay
