Overpriced motel with stuffy room, crowded continental breakfast, and a wonderful front desk staff.
Pros:

Quiet and with exceptional staff and a laundry facility.

Cons:

No ventilation in the room, no temperature control and a wheelchair bathroom surprise. Overpriced.

Pros:

Very nice property with beautiful views. The room was large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the provided breakfast.

Cons:

It is a bit outside of town, so better fit for travelers with a car.

Very clean. Quite location. The staff was very, polite, and professional.

Cons:

Rooms were not air conditioned and the sliding glass doors did not have screens, making the rooms stuffy or stale. Need to have one of the two.

Great location just off the main road but in was quiet.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff (Angela). Very comfortable room and bed. Located just off the main road into Franz Josef, but was still quiet at night.

Fantastic location.
Our receptionist was amazing so attentive to our needs. Pointed out restaurants and their menus.
We booked ( or rather our wonderful receptionist did on our behalf) only to find out the local restaurant came and collected us and then took us home - in a hummer limo !! afterwards - all without charge - amazing.
So Franz Joseph Oasis was a great find. Just the other side of Franz Joseph town.
Beds were comfy, apartment clean. Coffee n tea facilities. Quite a large apartment.
Continental breaky included.
And if the weather is kind a Fantastic view of the stars.
Our apartment faced the lake which was heaven when the traffic was quiet.
Another great find on booking.com.
