Comodità per Hilton, ma non tornerei
Pros:

Le bottigliette d'acqua rifornite ogni giorno in camera, la cortesia di alcuni membri dello staff, la posizione per raggiungere l'Hilton.

Cons:

Scarsa pulizia (dopo che al terzo giorno erano ancora presenti capelli non miei sul muro, ho deciso di toglierli da sola, scaffali sporchi), scarsa manutenzione (perdita acqua water segnalata ma in 8 giorni mai aggiustata, serratura porta bagno rotta), sentore che il servizio navetta aeroporto sia stabilito non certo per il comfort e i comodi del cliente (stamani siamo stati costretti a prendere il taxi molto prima del previsto e lo staff ha insistito più volte a ricordarci l'orario). Per due notti è suonato più volte l'allarme antincendio, tenendoci svegli, e senza fornire spiegazioni. Colazione non variegata.

Great Team - Perfect balcony Room - Great Views - Clean Hotel Close to Petrol station and shops

location was very good close to bus stop and a 20 min walk or a 210 lira taxi ride to the nearest metro station the room I had was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the roads and views of mosques Istanbul is an amazing city what made this trip extra special where the staff at the Urban Hotel Bomonti very helpful and always there whenever you need them nothing was too much for them I would like to say a special thank you to

KAAN AYNA what a great guy always smiling thank you for all your help
Enes & Yigit thank you for everything
Taha - Oguz - Toprak and Burak what a great team I have stayed at so many hotels but the team here at Urban Bomonti to me where very professional and made my stay extra special.

Cons:

I didn't like the first room I had I arrived late at night and they said they would change it there was a smell of smoke in the corridor must have been a smoking floor I have bad asthma so I couldn't stay there - the team understood and they sorted it out first thing in the morning - to be fair the first room was on the small side for me but they made amends and gave me a great place for my stay

Ich kann es weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal dort sind sehr vorsichtig. Die achten richtig drauf, wer in die Hotel rein kommt und raus geht. Das find ich echt gut.

Cons:

Ich war schon zum 4. Mal dort und diesmal war es sehr laut.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und komfortabel.
Wird täglich auch aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht.
Das Personal ist TOP, man kann wirklich nichts beanstanden. Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft wird bei allen Mitarbeitern und Chefs dort wirklich groß geschrieben und dafür danke ich persönlich nochmal. Vor allem sind die auch sehr kinderfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich gerne mal auch wenig Zeit nehmen um sich mit Kindern auch zu unterhalten um Ihnen den Aufenthalt su versüßen.
