Overall, the hotel is not bad. But it would be unfair to call it a 4-star hotel. Because it does not deserve 4 stars. I did not like the breakfast, it was very poor. I expected a richer breakfast from a hotel that costs 80 euros a day. I was satisfied with the cleanliness. Cleaning is done every day. I was not dissatisfied with the staff either.

Местоположението е много удобно при посещение на болница "Мемориал". Персонален са страшно мили и отзивчиви .
Възглавниците бяха страшно ниски , мога да кажа ,че ги нямаше . Липсваше втора възглавница . В банята можеха да се постораят малко повече , на места имаше мухъл.
Но това е само мое мнение .

Staff if very friendly, the guy at the reception had good English.
The room smelled awful of cigarettes. My clothes absorbed the smell.
