Pros:

Piscina nos se pudo usar por inclemencias de tiempo.
Desayuno tipo buffet pasable pero repetitivo

Cons:

Nuestro vuelo de vuelta salía a las 7 de la mañana, por lo que no teníamos incluido el desayuno. La noche anterior, después de cenar, fuimos a recepción para pedir si nos podían preparar un picnic frío para llevar al día siguiente.
La respuesta del recepcionista fue que la persona encargada de prepararlos ya se había ido. Lo curioso es que el comedor seguía abierto, con fiambre y fruta disponibles, y nos lo podiamos haber preparado nosotros mismos, pero bueno.
Al final, tuvimos que desayunar en el aeropuerto. Un detalle bastante feo por parte del hotel el cual no volvere ni recomendare, en general un sitio sobre valorado.

Laadukas ja viihtyisä hotellialue.
Pros:

Hotellialue oli erittäin siisti, rauhallinen ja viihtyisä.
Henkilökunta otti vastaan toiveemme aurinkoisesta terassista. Saimme huoneiston, jonka terassille paistoi aurinko koko päivän. Huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä.

Meillä puolihoitoon kuuluivat aamiainen ja illallinen. Tarjoilut olivat monipuoliset,
maukkaat ja ruuat oli laitettu kauniisti esille.

Henkilökuntaan kuuluvat olivat ystävällisiä, avuliaita ja hyväntuulisia.

Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelliin kokonaisuudessaan.

Cons:

Hotelli sijaitsi mäen päällä, jonne rannasta ja keskustasta oli välillä jyrkkää nousua. Tämä voi olla hieman haastavaa henkilöille, joille liikkuminen on vaikeampaa.

Une très argreable expérience
Pros:

Hôtel avec chambres spacieuses , situé au came , de conception agréable .Petit déjeuner très complet .
Le déjeuner …le service buffet n’est pas un must pour nous . Le choix était variable . Certains aspects nous ont fait penser à une cantine . Service bruyant , parfois un peu expéditif.

Cons:

Le repas du soir , voir ci dessus . Les couverts de service au buffet peu pratiques

Lovely clean hotel in a quiet location. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues as it’s very hilly.
Pros:

This is a very clean hotel in a very peaceful and quiet location if you are looking for rest and relaxation.

Cons:

The apartment felt cold and a little bit damp but we did get a plug in heater which helped.

5 stars for Customer service, comfort and value for money
Pros:

Really enjoyed stay at Gloria Izaro hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful with plenty of activities such as Cocktail making sessions and Spanish classes together with quiz nights and really nice music in the bar. The food was excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and I liked having fish/steak cooked to order.

Cons:

The walk up the hill to the hotel is the only negative I can think of but it was great exercise and the location is still very central and convenient
