Une très argreable expérience
Pros:

Hôtel avec chambres spacieuses , situé au came , de conception agréable .Petit déjeuner très complet .
Le déjeuner …le service buffet n’est pas un must pour nous . Le choix était variable . Certains aspects nous ont fait penser à une cantine . Service bruyant , parfois un peu expéditif.

Cons:

Le repas du soir , voir ci dessus . Les couverts de service au buffet peu pratiques

Lovely clean hotel in a quiet location. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues as it’s very hilly.
Pros:

This is a very clean hotel in a very peaceful and quiet location if you are looking for rest and relaxation.

Cons:

The apartment felt cold and a little bit damp but we did get a plug in heater which helped.

5 stars for Customer service, comfort and value for money
Pros:

Really enjoyed stay at Gloria Izaro hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful with plenty of activities such as Cocktail making sessions and Spanish classes together with quiz nights and really nice music in the bar. The food was excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and I liked having fish/steak cooked to order.

Cons:

The walk up the hill to the hotel is the only negative I can think of but it was great exercise and the location is still very central and convenient

Le dimensioni, la struttura e la disposizione delle camere/appartamenti.
La gentilezza del personale. I ricchi buffet per colazione e cena.
Il letto comodissimo con materasso favoloso per dormire comodamente e alleviare dolori muscolari.

Nous a avons également beaucoup aimé les petits concerts du samedi soir : les choristes et les musiciens nous ont offert
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Gloria Isar à Lanzarote du 24 août au 2 septembre et tout s’est très bien passé. Les restaurants et le petit-déjeuner étaient corrects et nous avons très bien mangé durant tout notre séjour.

L’accueil a été excellent et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence de José, très aimable et qui parle parfaitement français, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.
