Quaint and charming - don’t miss this!

The property is very nice but this definitely does not have the amenities and services of a five-star hotel. First of all it is a private residence. There is no concierge, no front desk, no spa, no gym, I know other rooms beside the rooms you stay in. The rooms are very nice but are missing some basic things especially since they rank themselves that's why I start. There was no lotion, no conditioner, and that toiletries were not luxury. Just average. They included breakfast it's just a basket of bread and jam they didn't leave at the door with some yogurt and butter. The residence does not have its own parking. You have to use private parking but at least it's close to the residence. The manager of the restaurants downstairs is the part-time property manager and he is friendly and nice but he's not there when the restaurant is closed. If you need something then call the number on the reservation you will get someone who will have to ask somebody else and get back to you for anything you need. This is more like a VRBO. The steam feature and the shower is nice but does not qualify this as a spa property. Location is great and overall we have a good stay but the descriptions of the property need to be updated so that expectations are realistic.

I would have preferred better instructions for where to park and how to find the hotel, which is not well marked. Also, we received in email the day of our arrival requesting 30 minute notice before arrival. As we were driving and sightseeing all day, we did not check emails. It would have been better to provide all this information, including the request for 30 minute notice, at the time we made our reservation.

We love annecy and have stayed in a few places, this one was fabulous, right in centre and had everything close by and catered for. It was like a little flat.

I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! I would come back in a second and my rental (more like an apt actually) is amazing with everything you could possibly need.

The property is unique and quaint and right in the old town square, seconds from a fabulous bakery! The owner Peter and his wife are lovely. If you want taste and explore a little bit of old France then this is your place.

Great weekend visit to Annecy. Perfect small hotel for the stay. Location and facilities spot on.

A lovely property with amazing hosts! Center of everything!

Perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Town and 10 minutes walk to the lake. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and quirky shops. Room was really impressive and well soundproofed. Highly recommend

Pas du tout un 5 etoiles notamment parce que le service etait tres problematique (femme de menage qui vide les bouteilles à moitié pleines dans le frigo, serviettes enlevées non remplacées etc, pas un jour sans qu’on doive aller en bas réclamer quelque chose), les aménités ne marchaient pas (cheminée et hammam en panne). Par contre idéalement situé et assez cosy. Ne payez pas ce prix si vous cherchez un 5etoiles ou du services. Uniquement si vous pensez qu’être en plein corur d’Annecy vaut ce prix

Convenient area for shopping and dining. A bit crowded this time of year though.

Peter was a wonderful host and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was very wonderful! It was the best bed we’ve slept on so far across Europe! Sooo confortable! We wished we could have stayed more than one night! Would recommend!!!!

These apartments are located in the old Annecy. They have been renovated to modern standards but maintain many of their old-time characteristics and architecture.
The location is fantastic because you just leave and start exploring the old town. Almost all of the landmarks are within walking distance. Since there's a small kitchen you can also shop at the local markets and enjoy a quick meal at the apartment. Also, every morning a generous basket of pastries and yogurt is left at the door. Overall, this is a perfect place to soak up the local city vibe.
A thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is not accessible by car, which can be an issue if carrying a lot of luggage. There is however a reasonably priced underground parking 1-2 min walk away.

Die Lodge war ein Traum. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Frühstück wurde in einem Korb vor die Türe gestellt. Der Besitzer vom Bistro unten hat uns alles gezeigt. Er war sehr nett. Koffer können abgestellt werden. Super zentrale Lage. sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Einzig wurde ein Gratisparkplatz versprochen, davon wusste niemand was.
