Pros:

The location is perfect and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The restaurant makes great food as well at affordable prices.

The roof top pool has splendid views and a bonus is the bar right next to it.

Cons:

The hotel primarily has international guests and to only have local TV channels in a language that we do not understand is a big problem. We could not watch any of the world cup matches either.

Some rooms still have old generation LCD TVs with terrible picture quality. I know that renovations are underway but the old technology needs to be removed as it takes away from the experience.

Good value for money hotel in an excellent location and will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool. Balcony room

Cons:

Had issues with the air conditioning when we first moved in but staff responded promptly and it was fixed by the next day. The food at the breakfast buffet in the Bain-maries could have been hotter

Location great if you’re a light sleeper may not suit with motorcycles and bands.
Pros:

Location. Didn’t have finger bananas on breakfast menu but provided them to us every day 😀. Pool great

Great value and all rounder.
Pros:

Great position. Clean. Excellent staff and service. Nice pool. Very comfortable all round.

Cons:

Breakfast is substandard. New chef and direction required asap. Extra help behind the egg station for starters. Bacon should be in warmer ready rather than on order and produce is too Asian focused, not always suitable for Westerners.

Clean and comfy hotel in the heart of Legian.
Pros:

Good location right in the heart of Legian. Balcony room on 5th floor was modern, clean and well appointed. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Rooftop pool was a real plus with great views over the Kuta coastline.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast had variety, but not much change each day, especially in the fruit and cold selections, made breakfast a little boring.

Great Boutique Hotel, clean, lovely staff who always accommodate your request. I always come back.
Pros:

The staff always try to accommodate you. The rooftop bar is great. The bar staff lovely and make nice cocktails.
I love they have movie night on Tuesday, but haven't been yet. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Kettle in the room great for tea as not a coffee drinker.

Cons:

I love the fresh omelettes. I would like the breakfast more if they didn't put garlic in tomato. Maybe some cooked mushrooms and spinach?

Good location to walk to places.
Pros:

Good location and nice pool. Hotel had issues on our first night so had to move hotels. They did their best to make the hotel transfer easier and compensated. Pillows too hard for my liking. Otherwise good.

the location is excellent. The facilities are all very good however some more shade for the pool would certainly be appreciated. the

Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

Room preparation, renovation noise which i never knew was happening when I booked, air conditioning, phone not working. Broken toilet seat when I arrived, staff sleeping on the couches in the foyer at night
