Pros:

The staff are fantastic the hotel is really nice with the refurbs the communication from the hotel about different things that may affect our stay was perfect and the location is always great this was our 2nd time here and we will definitely be booking and staying again everytime we are over in bali

I have been staying here for over 8years but this time was terrible. My room was not ready was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. So went and had something to eat and came back 1.5 hours later. Was told the room was still not ready. When I was there for check in at 2pm and arrived back at 3.30pm. Not good enough. Breakfast if you asked for bacon you were given 2 tiny slices. If you asked for more it felt like you had to beg. Rooms bed was so hard. If you wanted your room tidied it took them all day to get to your room at 4pm not good enough. This was a 14-day stay. I don't think I will return again

Great Central Location
Pros:

The location is central and staff are well trained. The restaurant is handy for quick meals before heading out and has a good rates money changer. The whole damily liced the infinity edge rooftop pooI. loved how close it is to some great live entertainment.

Cons:

Nothing. Sevn covered all the bases.

A good budget close and fairly good accommodation experience.
Pros:

The convenience and closeness to Seminyak but yet not in the really busy heart

Cons:

The showers were not clean. Impossible to get toilet paper and tissues or other ammenities, I was stealing it off the carts whilst they were cleaning.

There was barely any shade on the roof top pool. If it was windy they just removed the umbrellas. It was very windy and no room to move lounges.
The happy hours are advertised but apparently only on the roof top once you ask.
