Pros:

The staff was Great and the room was great.

Cons:

The breakfast was minimal with no eggs or meat choices. The TV was hard to figure out and it did not have any premium movie channels like HBO.

DO NOT USE THE 800 NUMBER TO BOOK!
Pros:

I would give the Clarion Point reservation line zero stars if I could. I made a reservation through their 1-800 number, and they booked me at the wrong hotel in the wrong town. The worst part was that even though both hotels had availability, they refused to refund my money or transfer my reservation to the correct location.

When I arrived at the hotel they mistakenly booked, checking in was a complete nightmare. To make matters worse, the guest next to me discovered that her reservation had been canceled without any notice. It was obvious the reservation center had no idea what they were doing.

If you're booking a stay, avoid the 1-800 reservation line at all costs. Call the hotel directly instead—you'll save yourself a lot of frustration.
