For the smoking room, I think it’s quite good, with good air conditioning and a classic interior design. Thank you as well for the excellent service. What a wonderful stay in here.. the staff and the ambience always good. The food is very nice and full of flavor. The view from my room wonderfull , room was big but a little bit dirty.. but overall good and i recommend this hotel in Bogor.. also thank you Audrey for the nice services

The hospitality is top notch, highly recommended. The staff is wonderfully welcoming espesially mba audrey very humble and have a super fast response. The room is spacious and have great amenities, Great facility to choose and to cover your stays.

If we had visited this hotel in 1976, we would have been impressed with its style and decor. That said, it was clean and it was on a great location next to the Botanical gardens. There is a shopping mall nearby, too, but getting to it involves a perilous crossing of a busy road where vehicles are out to kill. Not bad, overall, just a bit dated.

Great location, clean rooms, very friendly staff, good service overall. Rooms looked a little old but fully functional.

The staff were great, the location is fairly decent and next to a KFC and a major bus / coach terminal.

The bed sheets were not clean and after a request, they were changed. Once again the new sheets were also not clean, so they were changed again, and this time they were fine.

As an apology from the hotel management, we got a complimentary plate of fruit and a note apologising for the inconvenience. We really liked and appreciated this.

The staff were great and very helpful and the room was clean as was the bathroom.

Untuk reservasi dari hotelcoms sangat memuaskan,service pelayanan hotel ok makanan kurang patiatif kebersihan kamar lumayan, bantalnya sdh tidak layak pakai untuk hotel sekelas amarossa,karpet juga sdh keliatan kusam..,kimono mandi tdkbtersedia,conditioner n bodylotionpunbganga tersedia semuanya terobatilah dg airnya yg deras waterheaternya cepat panas..n area sekitarnya cukup menyenankan..

I don’t normally complain and I am tolarent of minor problems. This hotel FYI deserve my comments. To start. The chain on on door lock was broken, toilet paper holder ripped off the wall, bed sheets and pillows had visible stain marks, slow water drain, old towels, exercise room equipment broken and appear to be broken for a living Mgr time. The bed light had a wire taped with black electrical tape, but the worst was shower curtain made of cloth and had mildew spots.

Perfect location in Bogor. But unsure whether the property needs cleaning or whether it was opened with second hand furnishings? Everything like carpets, drapery, linen, wallpaper has a distinctively 80s feel. But I'm told it's a relatively new property which is confusing. Wifi is fine during the day or late of night but during peak usage - quite slow.

The room was comfortable, and you could see the mountains around the city from the window. The breakfast consisted of a high variety of dishes, and the laundry is a same-day service. There is a big mall called Botani Square across the road, and if you enjoy walking, you can cross the road and walk around and in the Bogor Botanical Garden. You can't enter the presidential palace, but you can see a lot of deer from the fences.

Overall it was an amazing stay. The staffs are very helpful especially at the front office where they are very friendly and always ready to assist. Mdm Fatima Ratnasari the FOM, very charming and always there whenever you are in needs. The hotel location is great, accessible and near to everything. If I have to comment about the hotel, I would say that probably the management need to improve your early morning staffs at the restaurant during breakfast. Otherwise.....thumbs up

Excellence, very nice stay, food is good, near to city center and shopping mall. definitley will be back to this hotel on my next trip to bogor. Staff is helpfull and freindly. but the sound of exhaust fan in the bathroom is iritating. basically english theme for interior design is good. but that will make the room look old and faded.

1) Hotel room and lobby wifi very poor connection (intermittent)
2) Breadfast food are almost the same type of food Everyday
3) Same type of fruits Everyday and fruit got little insects fly around the fruits
4) Cloth hanger only 2 pcs insufficent
5) Swimming pool do not have towel or service staff around to provide assistance.
6) Parking lot limited
7) no English newspaper for guest to read

Pretty good place to stay in Bogor.
