No problem quick simple signing in on arrival, staff very friendly and helpful, room very good clean and spaciousness, only meal available in hotel was breakfast this was very good with a selection of local and European dishes along with tea coffee and eggs made to order, location good within walking distance of of shopping, banks, bars and restaurants, will stay here again in near future
Only stayed here for one night but it was my second time at this hotel. The last time was about 6 years ago.
Check in staff were all excellent. Very friendly and nice welcoming drink.
Room was nice pool view little on the basic side but that was fine.
What was very good was the bathroom was a good size and plenty of hot water. Not that many bathrooms in Thailand have hot running water in the sink.
But the biggest improvement in my opinion was the breakfast.
When I’m in Thailand I only eat Asian food and the selection was brilliant I can’t comment on English food because I can have that every day of the year at home so why eat it on holiday.
Would definitely recommend and I would stay longer next time.
Only stayed for one night, and have no complaints. It's within walking distance to the night market and other shops. I would definitely recommend a a place to stay.

Alles war bestens und entsprach voll und ganz unserer Erwartungshaltung. Schön auch, dass Abholung und Transfer zum Bahnhof kostenlos ist.
Very clean and newly renovated hotel close to the train station making it a perfect location to stage for a day before heading off to the islands or on the way back before catching the train back to Bangkok. The breakfast buffet featured an amazing coffee barista with uplifting music.
A nice and comfortable hotel in the city of Chumphon. Room with balcony and a wiew into to pool was beatiful. Good beds, good cleaning and helpful staff. The breakfast served as a buffe had all I needed for a good breakfast. And between hotel and railwaystation I found a magnificent bar/ pub with a lot of craft-beer on tap.

Für eine Übernachtung als Transfer völlig in Ordnung, supernettes Personal, sehr gutes vielseitiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück, top. Aber Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Aber insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

So many positives to include great buffet, friendly staff, large room, big bathroom with ample counter space and water pressure/temp.
Das Zimmer war geräumig mit viel Staumöglichkeit, die Betten bequem und das Frühstück super. Leider war die Aussicht vom Zimmer nicht so toll. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

In fact it is situated next to a market and the smells invade.
I booke a “Delux” room which turned out to be a standard room. The curtains were stained and the sheets had a very worrying stain.
Receptionist reluctantly moved us to another room Deluxe.room with a very noisy ac, hard pillow and dubious cleanliness.
Breakfast was nice.
2 days of relaxing in the pool-area.
The place is kinda ”close to nowhere” but have a area of 1 restaurant and 1 bar. Breakfast is okey, 70% thaifood but they had a egg station which you could decide omelets or fried eggs.
Great staff, pool and location near restaurants and massage. Breakfast buffet only average.

I stayed for 1 night in Nov 2024.
Pros:
-shower is big. rain shower head is big.
-bathroom sink bench space is large.
-bench space along the wall of the room is large which you can put your luggage on easily.
-hair dryer provided
-tissue box provided with proper tissues.
-adequate parking at the hotel
-room size is large
-wifi speed is decent. mobile speed tested at 20.4 mpbs (download) and 10.4 mpbs (upload).
-breakfast is pretty good. they even catered to my intolerance to soy and dairy.
Cons:
-hot water didn't last too long. maybe 20 mins max. Then there was no hot water the next morning so i think something went wrong with the hot water system.
-pillows are latex and too high, not soft/low enough and uncomfortable for my neck.
-room lights are quite dim including the bathroom lights.
-would be nice if they had a little tray to put the hand soap on.
-bed mattress is a little worn and sinking slightly.
