It was a pleasant experience overall. Would recommend to others.
Pros:

The restaurant has an extensive menu and all the dishes we had were tasty. The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the accommodation had a nice quiet vibe with lots of greenery.

Cons:

The pool area is smaller than it looks in photos. There were no kitchen appliances or utensils in the drawers.

Le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours le sourire et très serviables.
La piscine très belle, c’est agréable d’y prendre le déjeuner/diner.
C’était très calme quand nous y avons été ce qui était très appréciable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner: très bon à la carte mais décevant au niveau du buffet. Pas de jus de fruits frais et peu de choix .

Amazing staff and great value

Amazing staff and great value room, Eka the receptionist in particular was absolutely lovely and such an amazing person, gave the hotel such good vibes. Would recommend!

Amazing restaurant and pool, GREAT rooms, highly recommended
Pros:

The restaurant was really good. As vegetarians, we still had great options and they were all really yummy.

The pool was clean and refreshing, the rooms were immaculate and the staff were quite helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was not as advertised when I booked it. The booking clearly stated that the room had a large double bed, a sofa bed and a single bed — three separate sleeping options. This was particularly important to me as I was travelling with my 15-year-old daughter and obviously did not want us having to share a bed.

When I raised this with the staff and showed them the booking confirmation, I was told that the description was a mistake made by Booking.com. Unfortunately, there was no option to move to another room. After some time, the staff were eventually able to provide a small additional bed for my daughter, but this was not what I had booked or expected.

The staff did eventually try to resolve the situation, which I appreciated, but the room should have matched the description in the first place.

Établissement donc les logements sont à rafraîchir et la propreté est à revoir. De supers extérieurs avec la piscine cependant. Les petits déjeuners sont à revoir également, service minimum et beaucoup de choses en suppléments.

I have already sent a complaint to the customer service with no avail.
Issues Encountered
1. Room condition & odour
Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant, lingering smell that was clearly not resolved before my check-in. I personally purchased and used an air freshener/odour eliminator in an attempt to make the space habitable, but the unpleasant odour persisted the entire stay. This made the room uncomfortable, unhygienic and not feasible for me to stay in comfortably.
2. Damaged room fixtures
There is a large, nasty dent/physical damage to the walls/furniture in the room — visible in the attached photos — which was not disclosed anywhere on the property listing. The accommodation was presented as clean, well-maintained and comfortable, but this damage shows a clear lack of upkeep and falls far below the standard I paid for.
3. Breakfast was inedible & misrepresented
Breakfast was advertised as part of my booking, but the quality was revolting and completely unacceptable — the food was unappetising, poorly prepared, and unsafe/unfit to eat. I attempted to have breakfast only once and could not eat it; I did not use my breakfast voucher(s) for the remainder of my stay. I have attached the unused voucher as proof.

Good values and interesting setup
Pros:

The location was great and it was a good value for money.

Cons:

The room setup is a little funny with the main shower being on the ground floor and the bedroom up but once you got use to it, it was fine.
