La ubicación del hotel es buena ya que está a unos metros de la estación de Kingcross
La disposición y ayuda del personal es muy bueno

Cons:

Nos toco en el piso número 3, no habia ascensor y es dificil subir y bajar con maletas
las habitaciones están muy pegadas por lo que escuchas cuando llegan otros huespedes, en nuestro caso llegaron de madrugada y estuvieron tocando la puerta de nuestra habitación insistentemente.
La habitación estaba descuidada, y muy calurosa.

Great little place
Pros:

The welcome, the offer to help with luggage, the care in preparation of the room, hot shower with generous pressure even on the top floor, perfect for a stop over with early start on the Eurostar.

Cons:

No lift. That said, the helpful staff with luggage mitigated for that.

Unfortunately the property is in an area which is close to main hubs. But would need a huge amount of money spent on it to make it at least comfortable
