Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La falta de alfombra en pasillos
El personal muy simpático y el desayuno estuvo muy completo y rico. La habitación estaba limpia y en perfectas condiciones, la vista es lo mejor.
Toda la noche hubo un ruido en la habitación, como una lavadora o algún motor. Fue complicado ya que a mi hijo le costó mucho conciliar el sueño y en verdad bastante incómodo, no nos permitió relajarnos al 100%.
