Decepcionante para lo que alguna vez fue y podría volver a ser.
Pros:

El hotel tiene un emplazamiento fantástico con buena vista desde todas las habitaciones y fácil acceso desde la ruta 5. La construcción y equipamiento original fue de características superiores a otros alojamientos en Chiloé. Las camas son cómodas y las piezas grandes.

Cons:

Las instalaciones tienen claros síntomas de deterioro y falta de mantención. Se siente que se está haciendo operar con los recursos mínimos. El restaurant y barra del hotel sólo abren jueves, viernes y sábado. El desayuno es pobre para un hotel del precio. Hay muchos detalles en las habitaciones que delatan un momento económico complicado del operador. Se percibe falta de personal. Da la sensación que nadie está preocupado de los detalles a pesar del potencial del edificio.

La arquitectura y decoración es hermosa, muy buena higiene, el gimnasio estaba bastante bien equipado y la piscina limpiac hermosa y con agua tibia.

La pieza que se me reservo...la vez pasada por menor valor quedé en mejor ubicación...con ventanas grandes y buena vista, el tamaño era pequeño con comparación a mi estadía de la vez pasada. Se me cobró 153mil en esta ocasión por una pieza más chica. mi estadía anterior por 120mil...y fue mejor...

La piscina y el desayuno fue lo que más me gustó, La cama de la habitación también fue muy cómoda. La vista del Hotel es espectacular, el diseño y las instalaciones son hermosas.

Creo que, considerando el precio pagado, el servicio y la atención recibidos no estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado. Si bien llegamos un domingo, nos encontrábamos de vacaciones y queríamos ir al casino; sin embargo, esperamos más de 20 minutos en la entrada sin que nadie nos atendiera ni nos indicara si podíamos ingresar. Finalmente, nos aburrimos de esperar y nos fuimos.
Al regresar al hotel, se nos informó que, aun siendo huéspedes, debíamos pagar la entrada al casino. Posteriormente, intentamos consultar por el room service. Llamamos más de cinco veces a recepción, pero nunca obtuvimos respuesta, por lo que terminamos pidiendo comida externa a la habitación debido a la nula atención.
Además, solicitamos algo caliente para beber. En recepción nos dijeron que nuestra habitación debería contar con platos, tazas y hervidor, pero cuando llegamos no había nada de eso, por lo que nos ofrecieron enviar un hervidor y una taza a la habitación, ya que no contaban con té ni infusiones disponibles. También tenía la expectativa de utilizar las tinajas, pero estas se cobraban aparte ($30.000 por media hora), lo cual considero excesivo tratándose de un hotel cinco estrellas.
La habitación era cómoda, pero se escuchaban claramente las conversaciones de los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas. Para terminar, la televisión estaba obsoleta: No fue posible acceder a plataformas ni a internet, algo básico hoy en día para ver películas o series. Volvería pero sólo por una buena oferta o precio más bajo a lo que pagamos.
