Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La tv era muy vieja y no tenía striming para ver las plataformas, no me dejaron juntas las habitaciones y lamentablemente tuvimos y problema con otros pasajeros que querían habrir la puerta 🚪 🤷 😒 ya ellos les cambiaron la habitación y a nosotros no, sabiendo que pedí las habitaciones juntas con anticipación, eran mis hijos los que estaban en la otra habitación.

El baño no tenía ventilación, desayuno buffet pobre para estar en Chiloe no había kuchen solo queque, faltaba mantención en la piscina paredes y vidrios sucios.

En términos generales fue una buena estancia, pero con varios puntos importantes a mejorar.

Me gustó la ubicación y las instalaciones en general.

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno, muy poca variedad y la calidad de los productos no era lo esperado. Además, el restaurante no estaba funcionando todos los días y le faltaba mantencion a las piscinas, ya que no estaban en buenas condiciones de pintura.
