Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Es el hotel mas malo que existe no es aconsejable el hotel esta como abandonado , se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones estaba frio la calefaccion no estaba en ese momento al parecer tuve que pedir cambio de habutacion pero es un hotel sin mantencion alguna esta como descuidado, lo peor es carisimo y malo

Bonito hotel pero no logramos el descanso esperado

La ubicación muy linda, con una vista al mar increíble y el desayuno muy bueno y variado

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de mi habitación no nos dejó descansar, hacía mucho ruido como si el ventilador rosara con algo , lo intentamos apagar pero se accionaba automaticamente

Pequeño relajo
Pros:

Me Gustó la Piscina, calientita , limpia, el desayuno variado y rico, buena atención en la recepción, paisaje maravilloso que tiene la habitación

Cons:

No me gustó que estaba lleno de goteras, sin señalización de peligro, y el piso negro no se notaba lo mojado y nos resbalados y por poco nos caímos, la parte del jacuzzi en el spa el agua estába helada.

Me parece que no pueden ofrecer habitaciones en Chiloé sin calefacción!!

Me dieron otra habitación por reclamo, la cual tampoco tenía calefacción, pusieron un aire portátil con mucho Ruido!!!!!! No dormí en toda la noche, al día siguiente me cambiaron a otra, todo bien. Creo que no es forma de tratar a un cliente, ya cobraron la tarifa como si los servicios fueran bien

La estadía fue muy buena. Excelente lugar para trabajar y relajarse, la única observación fue con la atención en el SPA., la persona recepcionista de dicho lugar del día sábado 21 de marzo fue poco amable, no nos quiso entregar toallas porque según ella no habían... lo que encuentro descabellado, aludiendo que era tarde (20:00 horas nos presentamos y cierra a las 22:00). Esa situación fue incomoda y la persona con una mala actitud. Lo demás muy bien.
