Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

No puede un hotel estar abierto en pleno junio sin calefacción adecuada, no se soluciona haciendo un descuento para dism

El personal muy dispuesto a solucionar problemas importantes que presentan las instalaciones. Siempre amables y tratando de solucionar con lo que ellos disponían

La calefacción no funcionaba, había un termostato que regulaba la calefacción, el radiador tanto del living y pieza principal no funcionaba (nos prestaron calefactor eléctrico para solucionar la baja temperatura de la pieza). La temperatura del agua de la ducha baja, daba frío bañarse.
Pasillos públicos, espacios comunes como living, restaurante donde se sirve el desayuno, sin calefacción!!!!

Una hermosa estadía en la Isla grande, pero con varios reparos.
Pros:

Muy linda vista al mar y excelente desayuno. El personal es muy amable y nos ofrecieron una estufa adicional que no sonaba en reemplazo del aire acondicionado que dejaba mucho que desear.

Cons:

La calefacción no funciona y tiene unos equipos de aire acondicionado que la reemplaza que suena mucho.
El agua de la ducha demora mucho en calentar y sale media tibia solamente. Una pena para un hotel tan bonito.

Las instalaciones del Hotel están muy descuidadas.

El hotel esta muy descuidado, muebles rotos, paredes con humedad en todo el hotel, la pieza tenia olor a desagüe, el personal hace su mejor esfuerzo para poder entregar un buen servicio pero las instalaciones están muy descuidadas.
