Tolle Lage, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an den Docks, in zehn Minuten im Zentrum. Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht.

Good location, comfortable beds, clean room, good wifi. Helpful friendly staff. Easy early check in.

Room/ hotel a little jaded, but comfortable and reasonably priced so served the purpose for a one night stay in the city

Pros:

Good value for money and great position! The blonde lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.
The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, slept like a baby.

Cons:

One of the towels had what looked like rust stains, it wasn't a big issue for us as we had plenty in our room and the used ones were also replaced the next morning.

Abysmal never again

Absolutely nothing it was awful

Cons:

Dirty, rude staff only the gent on reception the lady was pleasant. Bathroom door jammed shut, hairs in the bath, bed was so small and uncomfortable. We left within 30 min if that of being there. Our room smell so awful and stale too

A lovely place to stay at a great price and ideal for the IOM ferry terminal
Pros:

It was a really attractive property. The room and bathroom were large and the decor great. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Cons:

The water was not hot enough for me. (it was not cold)

Having to ring to get in after night out.

Great stay in a great location with very nice staff.
Pros:

Location is fantastic and staff were very helpful. We were advised of potential noise from the any events when we booked however the noise was no issue at all. I could not hear any sound of the functions that were being held.
