It's a beautiful place and the staff are really lovely. I was staying there just passing through for work this time but I'd definitely come back and stay. I didn't get a chance to dip in the pool but it looked lovely tucked in with all the plants.
Nice staff, comfortable room for the price and great location to and from center. Easy to park a moto, order rides, and the receptionist is super helpful! The staff do a nice job on the room, giving fresh drinking water and tea/coffee refills. They include breakfast as well.
The room was large and had three separate beds, which turned out to be comfortable.The breakfast spread changes as per the number of guests. So in our case since it was just three of us, they freshly prepared the breakfast. The breakfast was average, not awesome. The staff was pleasant and ready to help anytime. Cambodians are very helpful and pleasant people. It was a nice resort, lots of rooms in a small area but nice.
The location was far from the city centre. Although, I had a idea, but when you actually tour the city, it becomes a little cumbersome to travel everytime from the city centre to the hotel. Plus, I found there were much better hotels in the city centre. The room was large, but the bathroom was comparatively small. On the whole, the room seemed a little congested. The complimentary water bottles they provide are small in size and hence not enough. There are no hooks or stand to hang towels inside the bathroom, neither any space to keep your toiletries. The hotel seemed a little old based on the room ambience.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, the breakfast was also tasty.
Laundry service was expensive, and I chose this hotel because it's at a quiet location. One of the evening there was a karaoke when I planned to rest and it was way too loud, felt like everyone was singing in my room. I wish I was told beforehand thos is happening or was given a quieter room.

We were collected from the airport, there is a driver on hand whenever you need him and Teng, the owner is so helpful with booking trips or helping with anything you need. her English is good too which makes things a lot easier.
We booked Angkor Wat and it was all arranged through this venue at no extra cost. a packed lunch was made for us and transport provided all day (for a small fee) to Get around.
To get to some nice restaurants is about a 10 min walk down the quaint back streets which are all perfectly safe.

This was my second visit to the hotel and the experience was great. The booking site I used did not include breakfast but the hotel added it when we arrived. The laundry and room service was very efficient. They offer a cooking class on site. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and caring. The food is delicious. We had breakfast and two dinners there and it was all very tasty. The salt water pool was my favorite. It was beautiful and refreshing. The whole facility is extremely clean. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit isolated. We had to hire a tuk tuk driver to go anywhere. There's nothing walkable nearby, so we treated the hotel like a resort oasis and just thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation there. I would highly recommend it!
