The front of hotel is. Very well kept and inviting
And the same inside The decor is lovely the bar is good and the breakfast was fantastic
It is very clean and inviting the decor is lovely the room was clean the bed was supper comfy and had tea n coffee in room to make bathroom was good size with a bath tub and the towels were white and fluffy

Electric shower in room had no anti scald device working. I reported this. Didn’t scald me but might someone else.

Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best breakfast I have had in a B&B if not the best. Staff were friendly and polite. Overall I would recommend this hotel as the staff made us welcome.
Only one small compliant, Radiator behind headboard,I could not turndown the radiator heat control as it refused to move which made the room to hot resulting in having to open window.
Outstanding food and service, great value for a weekend rate
Bedroom and bathroom a bit cramped, would have upgraded if staying longer.
We had a sea view, which made our stay extra special.
Bacon was undercooked, in fact it was virtually raw. Shower cubicle was a bit on the small side.
The hosts were very accommodating and very friendly.
The food was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and evening meal.

Mirror in bathroom was placed very high I could only see the top of my head!!
If you have problems with stairs it would be wise to let the hotel know in advance.
These are just suggestions not criticisms as these are very minor and didn't spoil our break.
The hotel itself is nice
The fact no one told us when booking that there was a half marathon starting outside the hotel. which meant noise outside the hotel from 6am with loud music from 8am on a Sunday morning. One reason we came away for was a relaxing time and waking up without alarms
Staff were amazing.
Gutted couldn’t do the Proper breakfast as was running in the HM.
Room was a little cold and duvet wasn’t the thickest.
When a neighbouring room turned on water could hear the pipes which woke us up early
The location was perfect for my stay as it was just up the road from the music eco was attending.
Everything was great. There was nothing bad about my stay.

A welcoming, helpful place - on arrival, I was told a better room than the one originally booked had become free, and was offered that with no extra charge. The room was very comfortable, the restaurant's food and service were both excellent and the overall atmosphere was very friendly. I look forward to returning some time!
