Sentralt, ikke for stort
Flott at vi kunne oppbevare en pose matvarer i kjøleskap under oppholdet.
Ikke påfyll av vann i kjøleskap, ikke bytter til rene glass og kopper eller påfyll av kaffe/te på rom hver dag.

The buffet food was good quality.
Food was of good quality generally. Room was lovely overlooking the pool. Manager was lovely and guy at reception.
the location is great, in a walking distance to the sea, I liked the pool, cleaning service is also fine, the staff are very friendly (exept one receptionist who even couldn't speak proper english)
the food was mediocre, the shower didn't have a curtain so everything was wet every time you take a shower
To say I am quite a fussy eater there was always something there I ate (not chips and pasta lol although they were available)
I was made to feel welcomed by the staff (I was the only Brit in the hotel at the time)
There was a leak in the bathroom but they sorted it ASAP

The entertainment is the best part of the hotel, Ken is a great animator and a nice person. Also, the food was nice. We had some issues with canalization in our room, and in the last few days, we had problems with electricity. Overall it is quite a good place to stay especially if you get a discount or something.
the bathroom had horrible smell after using sink or shower- very poor drainage and no ventilation system in the bathroom. Horrible smell of sewage coming from drains.
Food could be better. Great choice of salads but extremely limited 'main meal' option for lunch and dinner- only one dish (different every night).
Flott hotell. Beliggende 5 min gå avstand til strand. Meget bra service. Hvis noe manglet som f.eks bytte av håndklær ble det gjort omgående. Vi hadde all inclusive og fikk meget bra frokost. Lunsj og middag noe mer varierende.

+ Fast check in; the staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak some English and Russian (and some even a little Dutch :D)
+ The room was cosy and clean (except the bathroom could use better cleaning), everything looked rather new except a bit aged shower/toilet (maybe the water stains just need better cleaning)
+ Very comfy pillows - that’s super rare in hotels!
+ The hallways and the bar terrace are nicely decorated and cosy for an evening chat; there’s decent air conditioning in the restaurant so it wasn’t too hot too eat
+ The hotel area is surrounded by multiple shops and restaurants and looked rather safe at night
+ Wifi was free with a good signal in the room (but super slow, it took ages to even upload a picture so I couldn’t use it for work)
+ The beach is clean and uncrowded, at around 8-min walking distance; the foreshore has small smooth pebbles so it’s safe to get in the water barefoot; the sea is mostly wavy like elsewhere in Alanya but the water is beautiful and warm
+ Kettle for tea in the room (and you can get some extra teabags from the restaurant)
— The food was very underwhelming for Turkey, with little variety even for 3 stars; the meat meals looked unattractive and tasted bland and there was no barbecue; the salads and desserts were the same every day and very simplistic; it was enough to get by but I had no usual enthusiasm about the buffet :’)
— The hotel is unusually dark: there is no light at the staircase and super dim light in the restaurant even in the evening; it brings out certain ambience, but it’s hard to see the food or the steps
— Constant loud sound of water flow and fan in the bathroom, also the air conditioner is very loud, so it’s quite bothersome at night
— The towels smelled horrible, it was unpleasant to use them; it wasn’t changes in 3 days of my stay even once, and even after I’ve asked the cleaner, she grabbed the old towel and promised to bring a new one in 5’ and never came back
— Minor thing but I’d prefer a light blanket instead of the towel-like sheet
— The sun beds on the beach were very worn out, they looked unclean and unpleasant

Dålig service, bemött på ett oartigt sett av personal speciellt receptionister. För mig var det en 3 stjärniga hotell me sämsta all inclusive inc jag någonsin varit med om, allt kostar vid baren och uppe i hotellet, dåliga tider för mat, liten pool, liten hotell O dålig personal/service i övrigt nära ti centrum och havet nära till mycket
I had a business trip for 3 days. It was relativ ok place to stay if non-fancineas don't bother you. With this price you can not expect too much. I really miss milk and orange juice on breakfast table. The food is some ok. The staff were good and helpfull. You have to put on an armbound to show that you are guest at this hotel. It was ok for me. I had to take it off when I wanted to attend formel meetings.
