Pros:

The property was very nice, clean, and the breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our time in Istanbul staying here. The walls were thin and you could hear outside noises and people talking next door. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Easy for taxi pickup and drop off- about 1 hour from IST and SAW airports.

I would stay in this property again when I come back to Istanbul. Their staff were courteous, accommodating, reasonably priced. About 20 min away from town center by metrobus

Overall, great stay. Room was clean, service impeccable, breakfast was more than sufficient and it was relatively quite for being in a large city like Istanbul. Transportation options are plentiful and very convenient. It is a tad worn but otherwise a very nice place to stay during a visit to Istanbul.

This is not close at all to the airport most people will use. It is close to a cargo airport. 60-70 dollar ride each way to the real airport.

Neighbourhood is fine but not for families.

The hotel area has some drawbacks. One crucial issue is the parking space around the property. Caution for those guests who are planning their stayin by car you need to drive around to find a parking space. Secondly, during the nights, it could be dangerous behind the streets of this hotel. Nevertheless, this property fulfil my minor expectation helpful staff, clean, and the connection through the motorway.

Pleasant affordable stay
Pros:

Hotel is good to stay. I had booked Tempo Airport suites but was asked to go to Tempo Fair suites, which is on the opposite side of the road.
Staff was very nice and had a good breakfast.
Overall very pleasant stay.
