Especially one lady at the reception was good, hospitable, friendly, very willing to help. Many others were just doing a job.
But it's an okay place. A 7 overall score.
The rooms had everything we needed for a short stay. Close walk to bank, places to eat, beach. Lovely pool. Airport shuttle included with some packages.

Clean shower
This stay was a deeply frustrating experience that I feel obligated to share so others don’t fall into the same trap.
A small booking glitch, two names were on the reservation but only one displayed, turned into an aggressive upsell. The front desk immediately demanded an extra 30 euros for the second guest. I checked the Booking app right there: the price for two adults was 31 euros, versus 29 for one. A 2-euro difference. I suggested I simply cancel and rebook at the correct rate, but they flat-out refused, claiming it would hurt the hotel. After lengthy negotiation, they settled on 25 euros, still wildly inflated and clearly designed to exploit the situation.
To make matters worse, we received zero confirmation that our room was actually updated for two occupants. I have a strong feeling the adjustment was never processed and the extra charge simply disappeared into someone’s pocket.
As for the room itself: it was uncomfortably cold with no heating solution offered. We had requested bedding for two in advance, this was ignored. The noise level was surprising for what was supposed to be early season; we barely got any sleep. I dread to think what peak season sounds like.
The on-site restaurant was empty for a reason: the food quality was poor. Meanwhile, every restaurant in the surrounding area was full, which tells you everything. We tried to escalate to a manager but were told none was available.
What struck me most was how the entire staff demeanor flipped the moment money was involved. Friendly and welcoming on arrival, cold and dismissive the second we questioned the charge. Other guests we spoke with had booked better hotels at similar prices. Given all this, the high ratings here seem questionable at best.
I genuinely recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel prioritizes squeezing extra euros out of guests over providing a decent experience.

母と二人で5泊するつもりだったのですが、このホテルの環境に耐えきれず、1泊してすぐにチェックアウトしました。カーテンは破れ、冷蔵庫は壊れて水浸し、タオルは汚れている、蛇口も壊れ、海外対応の自分で持っていったドライヤーも爆発しかけ、とう最悪です。絶対泊まらないでください。
The staff were nice and it's close to the airport
The bathroom stank soo much. The bathtub to have a shower is clogged. Toilet was awful the sewers stank in the room. I seen a massive rat run into the kitchen area
Always greeted as soon as your car pulls up, a complementary drink offered and a smooth check-in. I always stay here the day I'm flying out. For a very competitive price you get to relax, have a swim, shower and change for your trip home. Their complementary transfer to the airport is the icing on the cake.

Really bad, towels were not clean, bathroom were worn out, tap was broken and rusty

This place is a sh*thole. Absolutely disgusting. Sheets felt like they were washed in oil, if at all, the room was moldy and falling apart. Breakfast was bad. Literally everything about this place screams *run*
2 stars cause we didn't see a cockroach or rat, even though I fully expected to.
