Excellent breakfast and a convenient location close to the airport, with a free airport shuttle service. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when they assisted me in recovering some documents that I had accidentally left at the property.

Located just a few minutes from the airport, I did appreciate the shuttle service, which was free. The driver also waited because we were delayed at immigration. The swimming pool was clean and the room had a functioning air conditioner and comfortable bed. Really could recommend highly for that overnight stay before or after your flight. Breakfast was not included but was only 7K with lots of choices. Very good. Quiet location in a small side street with some gardens.

The room was very tight and small and no lift 🛗
Convenient location. Booked to be close to the airport before flying home. Close to restaurants and shops. Free airport drop off. Staff were lovely.
No hot water in the shower, it was barely luke warm. While the climate is hot, travellers want a hot shower before travelling. Bathroom could be cleaner, looking at the grime on the soap bottle, reluctant to touch it.

Good location for transit, easy to get to and it’s got a good pool for inner city. 24 hr desk and lovely staff.

We had a great stay at Manggar Indonesia Hotel. The facilities are definitely worth the price we paid, making it a very good value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always accommodating to our needs.
A special thanks to Chandra, our driver, who patiently picked us up from the airport for free—his kindness and professionalism made a wonderful first impression. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!
The only downside was that our stay was too short, as we arrived very late at night and had to check out soon after. We would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the hotel more. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended!
