Romslig fin leilighet med enda finere uteområde.
Pros:

Stort, rent og pent! Flott leilighet, og et nydelig pool-område som fikk daglig rens, trim og stell.

Cons:

For en nordmann er det uvant å ikke bruke sengetøy på dynen, eller å bruke dyne i det hele tatt.
Også klønet vi litt med å få tak i nøklene sent på kvelden på en annen lokasjon. Denne ordningen bør bli bedre.

Wie würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Betreuung! Alles Infos vorab erhalten. Wenn man Fragen hatte, wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten bereits per WhatsApp geantwortet.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und groß. Schöner Ausblick.

Where is my 10% refund & invoice?
Pros:

Replacement property was close to all amenities. Clean & tidy.

Cons:

1. Original property not available due to construction work by a neighbour. Was notified 24hrs before arrival.
2. Replacement property was much smaller.
3. Shower in master bedroom did not work. Water did not drain away.
4. Promised a goodwill 10% refund. Still NOT received.
5. Requested an invoice from the host several times & still waiting. As a result, left no option but to make a formal complaint to Booking.com

In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung an schöner Lage
Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser Überbauung, in verschiedenen Wohnungen. Die Siedlung ist sehr gut gelegen und die Umgebung ansprechend gepflegt. Zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Fussmarsch. Die Wohnungen haben sehr grosse und teilweise gedeckte (ausser Attika) Terrassen und einen guten Grundriss. Ferner haben die meisten Wohnungen eine Tiefgarage für das Auto.

Cons:

Die von uns gemietete Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir ankamen roch es feucht und muffig, aus den Bädern roch es ebenfalls sehr unangenehm. In der Küche gibt es ein Minimum an Utensilien, für den Mietpreis dürfte man aber z.B. eine Nespressomaschine erwarten. Ferner hatten wir in der Küche mit Ameisen zu kämpfen.
Die Terassenmöbel sind alt und die Kissen durchgesessen. Schade, für so eine schöne Terrasse. Ebenso hat man den Eindruck, dass die Bett-Matrazen in den Schlafzimmern ihren Zenit wohl erreicht haben.

Toplocatie in een leuk complex.
Pros:

De locatie is super. vlak bij het strand en de verschillende chiringuito's. De ondergrondse binnenparking is ook een pluspunt. Het complex Haciënda Playa heeft mooi en groot zwembad. De kamers waren ruim en de twee badkamers netjes. Hele ruime living met toegang tot het terras.

Cons:

De matrassen waren veel te hard. Doordat het terras was afgesloten, was het er enorm warm, je het ook amper openzetten. Ook de uitrusting van de keuken kon beter.

Perfect apartment for a quiet break
Pros:

The property was huge, plenty of space for me and my friend in this two bedroom apartment.
The property is really close to the beach and ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful break.

Cons:

For me it was just a bit out from puerto banus where we were going each night. But that’s nothing about the property as that was fabulous.

A great stay
Pros:

The area size was quite good and the terrace with the sea view was amazing. Three bathrooms, two of which were large, the kitchen with enough facilities and the swimming pool in the yard contributed positively to our stay. The host availability on WhatsApp.

Cons:

Cleanliness of some parts of the house could be better and some handles not working, but overall it was good

Nice clean spacious apartment in a great location
Pros:

Second time staying here and a fabulous stay. The apartment is spotless and has a nice modern kitchen.

Cons:

Some of the furniture is dated and the beds/pillows are not very comfortable.

De beste accomodatie om in te verblijven !!!
Pros:

De appartement is ruim en koel, was niet nodig om de AC aan te zetten.
Kon helaas de verblijf niet verlengen dat wordt volgend jaar weer.

Cons:

Dat je niet wat kleine kruiden in huis hebt of iets van koffiemachine (nespresso).
Geen probleem maar wel verzorgend verblijf in plaats van zelf een machine moeten kopen 😉
