Las camas muy cómodas , tranquilo, lindo paisaje y el personal muy amable

Para ser 4 estrellas le faltan cosas
La zona de recepción y zona de comer le falta onda, mobiliario, se ve viejo..
Primer día que estamos y la habitación no tenía agua caliente y nos tuvimos que ir a duchar a otra habitación pero lo arreglaron al día siguiente.
El personal muy bien la verdad!
No me gustó nada que la pared que divide una habitaciob de otra sea de “papel”, muy mal isonorizada y se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo de al lado y justo nos tocó una familia ruidosa y con un bebé.. cosas que pasan.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Man erreicht die Iguazú-Wasserfälle sehr schnell und unkompliziert, was den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm macht. Die Anlage an sich ist schön angelegt und hat Potenzial – mit etwas mehr Pflege und Investition könnte man hier wirklich noch deutlich mehr daraus machen. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Leider gibt es einige bauliche Mängel, insbesondere im Poolbereich und in den Außenanlagen, die den Gesamteindruck etwas trüben. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gering und hätte deutlich vielfältiger sein können. Auch das Personal wirkte nicht besonders freundlich oder aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung der Lobby sowie des Frühstücksraums bzw. Restaurants ist sehr schlicht und eher spartanisch gehalten, was nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.
Zusätzlich haben wir am ersten Abend Roomservice bestellt. Das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, allerdings wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 5000 argentinischen Peso berechnet, worauf im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen wurde. Das hinterlässt leider einen etwas unangenehmen Eindruck.

Wunderschöne Anlage mitten im Urwald. Aufmerksames Personal. Die Lage war etwas ausserhalb, aber das hat uns gerade gefallen. Weg vom Trubel der 😊
Tolles Frühstück

Schade das der Pool nachts nicht beleuchtet wird. Das Restaurant wirkt sehr karg und kalt. Nicht sehr einladend.
