La ubicación en la selva. Precioso jardín y bonita piscina. La comida buena y a buen precio. Está retirado del pueblo, pero muy cerca del aeropuerto, de la entrada a las cataratas y de la frontera con Brasil. Personal muy amable. Un lugar muy tranquilo y recomendable.
Le faltaba una mesita y unas sillas en el porche del bungalow. El extractor del baño hacia mucho ruido al encender la luz.
Todo en general, las instalaciones, la comida del restaurante, la limpieza en las cabañas, los chicos de recepción que fueron superamables, lo recomiendo 100 por 100.

The hotel is arranged well, however the rooms are a fair walk from the pool/reception/restaurant area. The pool looked inviting and I was told it was salt not chlorine. The restaurant was not very good, in my opinion. I didn't like the food much and the service was strange. But the room itself has a nice ambience and clean and pleasant to eat in, with the garden all around. The rooms are in a forest. It is a lovely concept, and I could see some trees outside my window but there are no flyscreens so I had to keep the doors closed, and they are covered with condensation. The view isn't great, no flowers or anything, just jungle greens. Since the rooms are very spread out, you don't hear noise from other guests and it feels very private.
The rooms are kind of run down a bit. There were stains on the mattress and pillows. everything worked, nothing was too badly damaged, but it felt like the vanity might drop off at any moment. Such a pity I couldn't enjoy the fresh air by opening a window... There was a woman on reception who gave me very bad advice and even though she knew I wanted to go to a restaurant for dinner, didn't call around and find anything, so when I came up the hill to depart, she only then began to call. She sent a message to one, they were full, another didn't respond and after that she didn't want to call any others. She sent me to one she said was big so they would be sure to have a table... it was a dingy Greasy spoon which literally had cockroaches on the floor, and it gave me the runs the whole next day. When I came back and told her about the cockroaches, she laughed at me. Her name was Florenzia, there are two named the same... she is the one who's worked there longer. The restaurant is far better than the Cockroaches place, Avoid "Punt-Ar" and verify anything Florenzia says.

El lugar es increíble! Tiene una excelente ubicación. Si te gusta la naturaleza es el lugar ideal para hospedarse ya que estarás rodeado de naturaleza. Disfrute mucho las amenidades del hotel, así como el restaurante. El personal fue muy atento y amable.
