DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE AN INDIAN MAN LOOKING FOR PROSTITUTES

The only reason I have given 2 stars is the Thai staff are very polite and the breakfast is good. I travelled with my husband & son and felt very unsafe. The entrance to the hotel is lined with prostitutes from 8.30pm onwards. We also witnessed 'the girls' leaving the hotel in the morning & getting picked up by motorbike after being signed out by someone sitting at a dedicated desk on the reception. Very sleazy and felt more like a brothel than a hotel. The only other guests staying at the time we were there were Indian men. We checked out after 2 nights and I urge anyone with children not to stay at this hotel.

We stayed for one night with family. The rooms are big, clean and well maintained. They have pool with water joy ride. Overall it is highly recommended.

This place should be renamed Calcutta Hotel.

The Thai staff were completely fine, the Indians are incapable of speaking at a low volume at 1pm around the pool. 4am in the hotel corridor.

I was woken a few nights ago by hotel security splitting up a hotel room party and turfing out 10 Indians from 1 room alone.

Thailand is like second hone to me as I visited the city more then hundred times , stayed at this hotel many times , location is good if not the best , pool area is awesome , rooms are good with balcony , breakfast is ok , reception area is good , what makes the hotel great is the senior reception staff ( MAY ) she is so cooperative and attentive n hard working , God bless her , I will surely recommend n visit again …

The second hotel pool.

Most affordable hotel in the area, not the best one, but it is what we have paid for. Complimentary breakfast is the must-try, all fresh and tasty items with various choices. Recommends for families.

Disgusting hotel. Guests can make noise all night and listen to music. Hotel staff does not react to the sleep disturbance of other guests. We could not solve the problem, the noise was all night. I do not recommend. We could not sleep for 2 weeks of vacation, it was completely ruined.

Service of Hotel zero, behave of Hotel staff totally zero, language is very big problem. They don’t know English and having the conversation with them. It’s too hard. too much attitude of Hotel staff even they can’t attend the phone properly food was up to zero. I personally don’t recommend anyone to go this hotel

The hotel is terrible. The staff is rude. I asked the reception for a spoon which was missing with the kettle.. got a can't provide. Don't care attitude. Not something someone in hospitality industry especially in an economy that survives on tourism should do and say. Very disappointed.

Receptionist are very bad when u seek any assistance
They try to cheating when u asking for deposit refund with fake items

No shampoo
Lift door working very badly can hit u as no sensor are working

My experience at Grand Bella fell short of the high expectations set by its appealing photos and reviews on Agoda, which boasted a very good rating of 7.7, with many perfect scores. Upon arrival, the bustling lobby, crowded with guests and echoing with conversation, made initial impressions less than ideal. The situation didn't improve when I attempted to use the breakfast area, finding the tables unpleasantly oily and sticky.

Complications arose when informed at the front desk that my reserved room lacked a window, contrary to my expectations. Despite my requests to view the room, clear communication was not provided, ultimately preventing me from seeing the room at all. This lack of transparency led me to decide to cancel my reservation.

The cancellation process turned out to be frustrating and convoluted. Despite immediate communication with both the hotel staff and Agoda, I was met with resistance and misinformation regarding refund eligibility. It took a week of back-and-forth discussions, involving multiple hotel representatives and Agoda, to clarify the situation. The hotel's reliance on a strict cancellation policy as a defense, despite my proactive approach to canceling, felt unjust and poorly handled.

Regrettably, this experience culminated in a loss of eight days' worth of booking fees, highlighting a disappointing lack of customer service and transparency on the part of Grand Bella. This experience starkly contrasts with the positive reviews and has left me with a strong feeling of dissatisfaction.

Excellent hotel in a central location

Not that great of a hotel. It is run down and basic.

Very good hotel with modern facilities, right on the main routes around and walking distances to most places needed. 2 types of breakfast, Indian and continental although you cannot move between the 2. This is annoying if you want to try both

Very bright in the morning with their white curtains. Staff was lovely and the pool but this is a 3 star at best. Pay an extra 50 and do it proper.
