Pros:

元々決まっていたお部屋ではなく、当日行ったら場所を変更と言われお詫びにモーニング無料にすると言われました。お部屋も綺麗でしたし、モーニングのお料理どれも美味しかったですが、事前に連絡できるのではないかとは思いました。
宿泊1日目と3日目にプールに入ったのですが3日目のプールの色がなんとも言えなくて少し不安になりました。

スタッフの対応も丁寧で良かったです。ホテルも清潔で快適だったのですがバスタブがある方のシャワーの勢い＆温度設定が難しく少しだけ残念でした。

Pros:

自然の中にあり、少し港から離れていますが、空港からは近くレンタカーがあれば問題ないです。ホテルの規模もちょうど良く、部屋からプールや海が見えて、室内は広く快適に過ごせました。

Pros:

お部屋、プール、アメニティ等どれも満足でした。
島なのでヤモリ🦎や虫はいて当たり前ですね笑
プールだけでなく海に出掛ける時もバスタオルを貸して頂けるのでとても有り難かったです‼︎
石垣訪問の際はEXESさんに宿泊したいと思います！

徒然なるままにレビューを記述します。
①スタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリー！（ホントに素敵な方々でした！）
②部屋が広く、全室オーシャンビュー。ベランダも広くて快適
③周辺にはお店がない為、事前に買い込みしておく必要あり。夕食も街中で済ませておく必要あり。よく言えば喧騒とは離れてリゾート感は得られる
④自転車3時間無料で借りられる
⑤プールはほぼ貸切。周りに気を遣わなくていいので子連れにはいい
⑥星が尋常じゃなく綺麗
⑦朝食がデフォルトでついてるとよかった（周りに何もないので）
⑧2026冬に向けてリニューアルするみたいなのでまた訪れたい！

部屋も綺麗で家族4人で来ましたが、広々と使えました。またベランダにもお風呂があり、そこから見える景色も最高でした。私が滞在した時には窓から虹が見えて最高の時を過ごしました。

断水により宿泊できなかった。
当日夜チェックインすると、急遽、断水によりで宿泊できないと伝えられ、別のホテルに移動(自費で車で20-30分の場所へ)
宿泊はホテルが手配、朝食付きのサービスがあったが、事前に連絡などはできたのではないか。

チェックイン時は、前の方の対応により、かなり待たされ、別ホテルに着いたのは日が変わる頃。
ホテル側のスタッフも状況がわかっているのかいないのか、スタッフによって言うことがバラバラでした。

楽しみにしていた分、残念でしたが、振替先のホテルは問題なしだったので、宿泊できないと分かった時点での対応や、振替先のホテルへの移動方法などは、もう少し考慮していただければよかった。

市街まで車で15分の立地で、車があれば全く気にならず、北部へ出るには便利な立地。ホテルからの眺め（海、夕焼け、市街）は最高でした
近隣に食事処やスーパーはないが、市街に行けば何でも揃うので、特に不自由なく快適に過ごせました！

古いが各部屋の清掃は綺麗。
