Important information:

The resort fee is a compulsory Club Card which allows you to use all the services of the structure (beach service with 1 umbrella 1 deck chair and sun bed, swimming pool with lifeguard service, free bike rental for adults and children and free wi-fi) and the Miniclub for children aged 3-12. The children's club is open from 10 June until 9 September.

Please note that the beach, pool and hot tub are available from 25 May until 17 September.

Please note that the beach service and the bike rental are available from 20 May until 29 September.

Please note that the restaurant and bar are available from 26 May until 7 September.

1. La ragazza alla reception superficiale, evasiva, sbrigativa, snob. Per fortuna gli altri 2 ragazzi sono disponibili e gentili.
2. La pulizia in camera ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Il letto non era fatto, mancava il phon
3. Avevamo chiesto la culla ma non ci è stata data nonostante la mail di conferma. Non sono andata a chiedere in reception in quanto la ragazza non è risolutiva.
4. Gli orari della piscina limitati

Pros:

It was a good experience even we stayed in winter season. The place was clean and well-heated. The staff made a difference. Marco took care of our family needs and made sure we were welcomed in the best possible way. After a long trip with a two-year-old, we all enjoyed the stay in Casa del Mar. I would definitely return
