Good hotel but next to railway line so quite noisy

I hate this property. Despite the fact that we booked for three nights we were required to check out every morning by 12noon and were allowed to check in 9pm. We did not check out on the first day and were charged extra 30,000 WON.
Everything starting from the ridiculous property policies to the extraordinary rude staff as well as unfriendly lifts, there was nothing one can like.

숙소주차장 있구요. 숙소 복도. 담배 냄새가너무 많이 남니다. 기차.길 옆이라 일찍 나가시는 좋아요

Bed was a little hard
저렴한 가격에 하루 묵기 좋은 것 같아요. 방이 넓어서 좋긴한데 수건에서 냄새나고 청소상태가 좀 그렇긴 하네요ㅠ
The staff was extremely rude. They did not even inquire if we were guest. I selected the hotel because the reviews were great. But the whole experience felt like a scam.
Be aware that this property has no concept of customer service and is extremely rude!
I asked simple questions, but the staff had an attitude, and this was when I checked in and checked out. The bathroom was old and nasty black mold everywhere. Somehow, they had an extremely high cleanliness rating. Stay away from the hotel it is the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Do not stay here!
I enjoyed the sunken tub and the high shower head that accommodated my height. In korea, you don't find many places that tall people fit well in. The place was clean and had a rich feel to it. I'm unsure as to why they don't charge more. Although the tub was cracking under my weight, and I was afraid I'd break it.
I believe the website stated checkout was at 1400. Although I knew that normal hotel checkout was at 1200, which was the case. Although this was not a concern and was prepared for. Another slight issue was the use of yellow lights as the main lights. I prefer the white light fixtures.
