Koharu Resort Hotel & Suites

チェックインの受付でかなり待たされた。また、部屋にいって冷蔵庫にモノを入れようとしたらそもそも冷蔵庫の電源が入っていなく冷たくなるのも5時間以上かかった。部屋にあるDVDプレイヤーは壊れてて使えなく備え付けしてあるスマートフォンもフロントに繋がらず結局フロントにまで行ってスタッフに話して、DVDプレイヤーを交換してもらった。また、部屋は綺麗だが水道の下につけまつげが落ちていた。チェックイン前に部屋の確認をして欲しかった。

綺麗で静かでよかったです

家具の統一感があり、木の香りがする素敵なお部屋でした。洗面台にコンセントがないのは残念でしたが、最低限のアメニティはありました。湖に入ったあとだったので室内に洗濯機があったのでありがたかったです。
下もカフェになっておりかなりくつろげる良いホテルでした。
冬は連泊でスノボにでも行こうかと思います！リピート確定！

시내와 떨어져 있어서 조용히 묵을 수 있고 종업원의 친절도, 세탁기까지 방 안에 있고 한국의 콘도를 생각하면 이해하기 쉽다. 시설도 매우 깨끗하여 만족스러운 호텔이다.

海外からのスキーヤー向けの長期滞在型のホテルらしく、設備充実のコンドミニアム。

白馬の紅葉を見に行くのに一泊だけ利用で、10月末でかなり気温も下がっていたが、床暖房もあり快適に過ごせた。
WiFiはもちろん無料で、iPhoneやiPad接続可能なBluetooth対応のスピーカーも置いてある。
キッチンには電子レンジにかけるや鍋、グラスなども完備しているし、洗濯機もあり長期滞在には不自由しない。
スキー場のすぐ横で、スキーヤーには最適だろう！

Great hotel complete with kitchen, extremely friendly staff

The hotel was brand new and has been built to an exceptional quality. We especially loved the heated floors throughout and the massive bath, which was glorious after a hard day on the slopes. The managers of the hotel were wonderful and helpful: it felt like an exclusive B&B at times. They offer an excellent shuttle service, which is good as it's quite a walk from the village centre - I wouldn't recommend the walk with luggage. Location to the ski slopes was fantastic and the hotel has been well-thought-out for skiers, especially the provision of the secure locker room outside.

Aside from the hotel being brand new and working out the kinks, the staff are amazingly friendly and will even drive you around town for free!
We had a great time and will definitely visit again.

My husband and I were planning a last minute skiing vacation to Hakuba, and found the choices were very limited. We were a little apprehensive of Koharu based on the lack of real photos posted for this hotel, but decided to go for it. We were pleasantly surprised! At the time of our stay, the hotel had only been open for 7 weeks. The hotel is absolutely beautiful – clean, new, modern, and wonderfully located. Our room was the perfect size, and while we didn't plan ahead to do our own cooking, the kitchenette in the room was a nice option. Heated floors and plenty of storage for our ski gear was a big plus. We also loved that Koharu provided ski lockers for our main gear, tickets at the desk, and that we were just steps away from a lift for Happone. So convenient! The restaurant in the hotel had a great staff, and wonderful food (we ate there for breakfast and dinner). We thought it was a bit overpriced for breakfast, but discovered it's pretty standard in the area... Lastly, the hotel staff was great. Friendly, informative, and really helpful. Would definitely recommend Koharu, and would stay here again if we were in the area.

Staff were outstanding, great recommendations and knowledge of the slopes.
Not to mention a great japanese restaurant.
