Location IT s very beautiful, rooms very clean, everyting IT s very beautiful, and personal IT s very Nice.

A nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It's very spacious, yet offers transportation between the room, pool, bar, reception, and beach. The food is good and the selection is excellent. Fruit is a bit limited, but you can find something in that category. The staff brings drinks, even the complimentary ones. There are waiters on roller skates who take orders by the pool. The rooms are cleaned daily. We booked a studio and received a villa, with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and even a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is fully equipped, even with toiletries, replenished as needed. The room has minimal imperfections due to normal use, but this doesn't affect the comfort of the stay. The air conditioning works very well. The only thing that stands out is the poor extra bed for a third person – a fold-out bed. It's a bit comfortable, but you can easily move onto the sofa. The internet in the room works very well. The hotel is really nice and I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay, we were mostly happy about everything. only thing we consider as negative are plastic glasses even in restaurants and also the menu of drinks should be more wider even for guests who are not premium. We also were really happy about the worker in caban on the beach named Madul, always smiling and being very kind to us.

We stayed at Rotana in Salalah for one week, and it was a genuinely relaxing, enjoyable experience — mainly because of the people. The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and you really feel looked after from the moment you arrive.

A real highlight for us was Olive Restaurant. The food was excellent throughout the week, with great variety and quality, and the team created such a warm atmosphere every day.

I especially want to mention Mr. Arif. He is the definition of great hospitality: incredibly polite, thoughtful, and always one step ahead — whether it was remembering preferences, making sure everything was perfect, or simply greeting us with a sincere smile. His service was outstanding and made every meal feel easy and special. Thank you, Arif — you truly made a difference.

We also appreciated how clean and well maintained everything was. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the hotel felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay.

A big thank you to the entire team for such a welcoming week in Salalah. We would happily return and absolutely recommend this hotel — especially for the service.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable, well-kept, beautiful views, room cleaned daily, water on an ongoing basis. The people who work there are wonderful, helpful, always smiling.

Restaurant "club rotana" fantastic, friendly service, delicious food. Even for children (non-eaters) there will be something (nuggets, pasta without sauce, mini burgers everything). Service in the restaurant first class, especially Snow and Sarang P always ready to help, nice, smiling. We love to go to the rotana.

That was our second stay in this superb hotel with beautiful long beach and very nice sorroundings. Food is excellent and varied - I still remember the taste of roasted lamb and various delicious fish. I must mention that staff is very friendly - especially Ann from the reception. Overall that was very pleasant two weeks

We had a fantastic time at the resort is very spacious, well maintained, and directly on a beautiful indian ocean . Our room was comfortable and always clean thanks to Amjad for the positive energy.
The dining experience was great with a wide selection of tasty food. A big thank to Shagor, Abdelly, and James for arranging a wonderful birthday surprise and a lovely table , it meant a lot to us. Also thanks to the whole team for the birthday song and the great service and extra appreciation to Abdelly truly impressive with his multi language's skills.

We were in Oman this January, and it was excellent. The staff were very kind, the food was delicious, and the hotel was nice and clean. Our favorite place was the Club restaurant, especially Karim, the waiter, and Ronaldo, the shisha man. We will definitely come back. 🙏🏻

We had a very relaxing stay at Rotana Salalah Resort and really appreciated the elegant, calm atmosphere. The Club Rotana Premium experience added extra comfort and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Silk Road restaurant was a highlight — excellent food and great quality throughout.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms. Many rooms offer lovely views of the sea, lagoons, or gardens. Daily housekeeping is efficient and attentive, ensuring a consistently high standard throughout the stay.

The food is one of the strong points of the resort. The main buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of international dishes, with fresh ingredients and options for different tastes. The themed dinners are especially enjoyable. The Bravo formula adds an extra touch with Italian-friendly cuisine and entertainment, making guests feel at home even while abroad.

The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help, from reception to restaurant and beach service. The animation team is present but never intrusive, offering daytime activities and evening shows that are fun and well organized.

The beach is wide, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. The large swimming pools are another highlight, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with children.

Overall, the Salalah Rotana Resort – Bravo offers excellent value for money and guarantees a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable holiday in one of Oman’s most beautiful regions. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, quality service, and a touch of Italian hospitality.

The stay at the Rotana Hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and the entire hotel surroundings were well-kept and very atmospheric. Another big advantage is the beautiful, wide beach - perfect for relaxing and walking. The food was tasty, varied and always fresh, everyone could find something for themselves. The hotel service deserves great recognition - all employees were polite, helpful and always smiling. I would especially like to mention the waiter Rabby, who made the stay even more pleasant with his kindness, professionalism and positive energy. He always took care of his guests, was very nice and committed - he was definitely the one I remember the most. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and Rabby especially - he is a real treasure of this place!

We visited the Arabesque restaurant as a party of seven people. It was a great night. We sat on a terrace and the crew accomodated the tables to fit the entire party. We were offered drinks immediately and we didn't have to wait for the food. The selection of mezze was great and everything was was delicious. In addition, all our special needs were taken into account (coeliac, lactose intolerance). A great meal was complemented with excellent service and live music played by a very talented artist. We also met the chef, Isa. In summary, a very nice night out in Rotana hotel.

The New Year's Eve party was shot down at 1:26, even though hundreds of people would have been dancing. It's absolutely outrageous that 1,500 people pay an extremely high surcharge for New Year's Eve and they just kill the party. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to party. This is what the dance floor looked like at 1:45. Everyone was thrown out.

During our stay at the Rotana Resort in Oman, we tried various restaurants, all of which were excellent, but a special mention goes to the ‘Club Rotana Restaurant’ and to the maître d’, CAROLINE, who is wonderful and extremely professional. My wife and I returned there several times because of her and the delicious food. Thank you!

Rotana is an exceptional resort with outstanding service that makes every guest feel truly special. Among the staff, Sarang deserves special recognition for his remarkable professionalism and dedication. He is incredibly polite, helpful, and always greets guests with a warm smile. His attention to detail and genuine care greatly enhance the overall experience. Sarang is a true asset to the resort, and his excellent service makes a stay at Rotana even more memorable.

The beach at Salalah Rotana is absolutely incredible — without a doubt one of the best beaches I’ve ever visited. It’s the main highlight of the resort and a big reason I would consider returning.
The resort itself is beautiful, well laid out, and very scenic, although the rooms are starting to feel a bit worn and could use some updating.

Several staff members truly stood out and made us feel welcome. A special thank you to waiter staff Abdulley and Khairy, buggy staff Mahmoud, and cleaning staff member Muhammad Sabbir — all were warm, friendly, and professional. Food quality overall was quite good.

Unfortunately, the biggest downside of our stay was poor communication, especially at reception and between departments.
At check-in, we were not given wristbands. The next morning at breakfast, we were stopped and asked where our bands were, which was quite embarrassing. After upgrading our meal plan, we were again not issued bands and had to return later to request them. To make matters worse, we received conflicting information from different staff members about which restaurants were included in our meal plan.
We also made a restaurant reservation using the computer outside Saffron at Fanar. When we arrived, we were told there was no reservation for us and that they would “try to fit us in” since we were a small group — another awkward situation.

As we do not celebrate Christmas, we did not opt for the gala dinner and were instead advised to dine at Silk Road, as the buffet was closed. This led to the most uncomfortable moment of our stay, when we were told we had no reservation and would need to pay 20 OMR per person to dine there. Despite explaining what we had been told, staff appeared confused and unaware of the arrangement, highlighting a lack of internal communication.
It became frustrating to be repeatedly stopped and made to feel as though we were not paying guests due to ongoing communication issues.
Overall, I would return mainly for the stunning beach, but improved staff communication would significantly enhance the guest experience.
