Hanoi felfedezése
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű hotel az Óvárosban. A híres train street csak 5 perc.Kilépve az ajtón az ember egyből a forgatagba találja magát. Viszont ennek ellenére a szoba csendes volt..A személyzet kiemelkedően barátságos és segítőkész-pénzváltás,árfolyam,taxi....Finom reggeli bő választékkal.

Cons:

Elvileg lakosztályt foglaltunk ami egy hálóból illetve egy kis nappaliból állt volna-a visszaigazolásban is ez szerepelt. Viszont csak egy nagy szobát kaptunk- igaz egy dupla illetve egy szimpla ággyal. Kérdésemre ,hogy ez miért történt azt a választ kaptam, hogy a booking oldalán fennlévő infók/képek egy kicsit hibásak. Plusz a fürdőszobát csak belülről lehetett egy külön tolózárral becsukni,kilincsel nem.Hozzáteszem részünkről ez semmilyen problémát nem okozott,inkább csak a pontos információk miatt írtam le.

• Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal
• Mitarbeiter geben sich große Mühe, dass sich Gäste wohlfühlen
• Gute Lage, nur ca. 50 m von der Train Street entfernt
• Frühstück war überraschend lecker
• Schnelle Reaktion auf Probleme (neuer Duschkopf wurde direkt installiert)
• Große Balkone vorhanden
• Straßenlärm bei geschlossener Tür kaum hörbar

Cons:

• Sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer (alles fühlt sich nass an)
• Schimmel im Bad und in der Dusche
• Kaputte bzw. schlecht funktionierende Dusche
• Kaum Luftzirkulation → Schlafqualität schlecht
• Klimaanlage bringt kaum Verbesserung
• Kleidung und Gepäck werden feucht
• Auch Flur und Aufzug sehr feucht
• Balkontür schließt nicht richtig → viele Mücken im Zimmer
• Hotel wirkt alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig
• Mehrfache Namenswechsel wirken unseriös
• „Fitnessraum“ eher ein Abstellraum mit alten Geräten
• Preis-Leistung passt nicht zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel
• Insgesamt eher 2–3 Sterne Niveau

We had a wonderful experience at San Premium Hotel. The staff are very attentive and super accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to help and very friendly. They made sure all our needs were taken care of.

the location was good.

Cons:

the room was a bit small though it had a terrace attached to it. the breakfast service was okay. could have been better - specially the tea and coffee options. there was no concept of hot milk being available. also one had to wait for crockery

Le San Premium Hôtel est un excellent choix, extrêmement bien placé dans le Old Town de Hanoï. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et agréables. Le personnel est attentionné et bienveillant, soucieux de votre bien être et toujours prêt à vous donner toutes les informations nécessaires afin que votre séjour se déroule au mieux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les produits de qualité. Un grand merci à Tom qui organise des excursions exceptionnelles pour le plus grand plaisir des voyageurs… Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement

Pros:

Staff at the hotel were amazing. Helped with any queries I had and resolved anything super quickly. Location is also great, very central in Old Quarter but not too loud so could get a proper night sleep.
