Excellent stay! Would go back anytime!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and the location was within walking distance to major sites. The rooms are very nice with a great breakfast, the best we’ve had in Vietnam.

Achtung: Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Wie alle Asiaten waren auch diese sehr freundlich. Wir hatten aus der Getränkekarte an der Bar Whisky bestellt. Da dieser nicht vorhanden, dauerte es ca. 30 Min. bis dieser serviert wurde. als die Rechnung kam wurde uns viel mehr berechnet, da der Whisky aus einem anderen Hotel erst geholt werden musste, was höhere Preise hatte. Also, ein bodenlose Frechheit. Gezahlt haben wir nach langer Diskussion den günstigeren Preis. Uns ging es echt nur ums Prinzip. Wir werden und können dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Grundsätzlich solte man alle Rechnungen (Gasto) äußerst genau prüfen da wir in vielen Restaurants mehr bezahlen sollten als wir hatten.
Für uns sind die Menschen in diesem Land schlicht und einfach nur hilfebedürftig. Die würden sehr gerne, können aber nicht. Schade für dieses schöne Land Vietnam

Exceeded expectations greatly staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, one of the girls at reception went above and beyond to help me. I’d just stayed as well at a different 5 star hotel in the old quarter which was much much noisier so was good value for money.

Freundliche Gastgeber und gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl, mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und Pho.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, was uns vorher nicht so klar war.

Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder besuchen

Ganz tolles und auswahlreiches Frühstück, uns fehlte es an nichts... dieses war sehr schön angerichtet und wurde regelmässig wieder aufgefüllt.
Top-Lage für uns... Mitten im Leben der Einheimischen und zu Fuss alles schnell erreichbar. Mit viel Liebe ins Detail eingerichtete Zimmer mit dem Motto - Klein, aber fein
