Perfect for the short central stay we needed
Pros:

The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. A special shout-out to Jake, who was so kind and went above and beyond with information and recommendations. He made sure we had everything we needed, without ever making it feel like a chore. Breakfast was decent too—an all-round lovely stay!

Pros:

The location is fantastic. Just one street back from Train Street and within easy walking distance to other attractions.
The staff are absolutely amazing. So warm and friendly and happy to help. Mr Tom was fantastic at arranging tours for us and makes a point of saying Good morning to all his guests every morning as do all the other staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Fresh flowers in a vase are a thoughtful touch each day 🌷 Rooms are attended to everyday if you choose. Great laundry service. Buffet breakfast was a great with lots to choose from. As was the hotel restaurant/room service. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. ❤️

무엇보다 가장 인상 깊었던 건 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 너무 따뜻하게 대해주셨다는 점이에요. 😊
호텔 위치도 정말 최고였어요! 바로 근처에 환전 거리가 있고 호안끼엠 호수도 가까워서 이동하기도 편하고 주변을 둘러보기에도 너무 좋았습니다.
객실도 깔끔하고 청결했으며 침대가 정말 편안하고 푹신해서 여행 중에 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요.
하노이에 다시 올 기회가 있다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.하노이에 방문하는 친구들에게도 꼭 추천하고 싶어요! ❤️

A surprisingly pleasant experience
Pros:

It was a last minute decision as it was our last day and we postponed the booking a lot. We decided to stay here as it had a very good price and reviews, but we didn’t get our hopes up. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The receptionist spoke English perfectly with a lovely accent (maybe the first time I got to experience that in Vietnam). They were so kind offering us a room upgrade for the last day of our trip. The room was spacious, clean, with 2 very big windows making the room bright. The building is right across from a school and since it was a school day, we could hear the children in the morning, but they weren’t loud enough to bother us in any way. The breakfast was good. We were also offered a way of transportation to the airport at a cheaper price. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Súper atentos y nos organizaron todo el viaje. Nos recomendaron excursiones y salió todo muy bien. Todos los traslados los organizaron directamente ellos y no nos tuvimos que preocupar de nada.
