Big room, big bed, nice staff.
Shower water wasn’t naturally warm/hot and there were small ants on the floor.
Really enjoyed my stay here. In a really good location close to lots of tourist spots and the staff are really helpful and available 24/7. Will stay again if I visit

By coincidence We dealt mostly with Aimee. She was amazing. She booked all our trips without hassle and is lovely lady.
The breakfast is fine. But the bacon can not be eaten. Can not cut with a knife. Everything else was fine. Staff excellent

Our stay at San Premium was excellent. From the warm welcome at check in we enjoyed every minute. The hotel is in a perfect location and all main sights were walking distance away. The breakfast was beautifully served and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would recommend San Premium to anyone who is staying in Hanoi.
The second time we stayed here. Again, Tom and his colleagues looked after us very well. Everything was easy, check-in late at night, laundry, amazing breakfast, check out and general tourist information. The staff were top notch. We will come back here again if in Hanoi. Great value for money, with quality rooms and excellent service.

Beliggenheten er perfekt for meg, midt i den kaotisk sjarmerende gamlebyen. Folkeliv, butikker og utesteder i nær gangavstand, lett å ta billig drosje (bruk appen Grab) andre steder. Personalet er gjennomført hyggelige og dyktige.
Wifi blir svak rundt midnatt (men da sover man lenger). Savnet vindu på rommet vårt.
