Decent stay right next to the central train station
Pros:

We were upgraded to a much bigger room, which is beautifully designed with the necessary facilities you need, including hamman in the shower room.

The location of the hotel is very central, right next to the central train station.

The staff are very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The neighborhood is not the safest. Given it's only two minutes to the train station, it is easy to get around, but the downside is it's not the nicest area to walk around.

Pros:

Massive rooms and the steam room shower.

Cons:

Rooms are starting to date. Require some minor maintenance to maintain luxury appeal. Warped wooden floor boards in the bathroom and cosmetic wear and tear.

Pros:

Perfect location, right next to the metro and train station, all the attractions are literally within a 30minute walk and the ones that aren’t it’s a 1minute walk to the metro station

Pros:

Its location is excellent for a sightseeing stay in Rome. Bar and restaurant are beautiful. Manager Marco and his team make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay

Cons:

Not much, I would recommend have a front facing room but that’s the worst I could say

Das Hotel ist schön, die Lage ist ok, aber es war extrem den nicht vorhandenen Service.
Cons:

Kaum Bedienung beim Frühstück. Man musste sich alles selber holen bzw. immer wieder nachfragen/hinterherlaufen. Zudem musste man für gewisse Speisen, wenn man z.B. ein Egg Benedict wollte, nochmal extra bezahlen. Und das, obwohl wir für ein Zimmer zu dritt knapp 1k pro Nacht bezahlt haben. Das Personal war auch nicht gerade besonders freundlich…

Everything…. Staff were amazing and never without a smile. Location was perfect for us. We had an amazing 4 nights loved it!!! Highly recommend!
