I was led to believe a shuttle would be available to take us to the airport for a 6 am flight and would cost 6 francs. Instead we had to take a shuttle, which cost 27 francs. Disappointed in that
Dorint airport hotel is very clean, quiet despite being very close to Zurich airport. It is also very accessible to tram and train stations. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very good for rest and relaxation after a long day of activities.
The faucet in the bathroom sink was leaking. The bathroom tissue paper was very hard.

Keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett. Keine Pflegeprodukte (Bodylotion, Pflegespülung für die Haare). Flughafenshuttle erst ab 04:35 Uhr. TAXI kam auch 10 Minuten zu spät. Werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft meiden!
Alles bestens und wir beschrieben.
Parkplatz teuer, 30CHF pro Tag finde ich zuviel für eigene Hotelgäste und eigener TG.
Wäre nett wenn die Zimmer die keine Minibar Ausstattung haben trotzdem einen leeren kleinen Kühlschrank hätten.

Hotelli on keskellä valtavia rakennushankkeita, joten ei tehnyt mieli ulkona käydä. Lisäksi oli pieni yllätys, että Shuttle pitää varata ja on maksullinen. Se varmaan kerrottiin etukäteen postissa, mutta sain kuvauksista eri mielikuvan.

On the day of my reservation, I arrived in the morning and left my luggage before check-in, which was handled directly by the staff. My belongings were clearly stored at the hotel.
When I returned in the evening, I was told that my reservation had already been canceled because I had not provided a credit card in advance. This happened without any phone call, email, or notice, despite the fact that I had already been on-site that same morning and my luggage was still there.
The staff showed no intention of resolving the issue and offered no apology. Instead, they spoke in a sarcastic and accusatory tone, treating the situation as entirely my fault. A manager left me waiting in the lobby while discussing the matter with staff in German, without explaining anything to me or showing basic courtesy.
If pre-authorizing a credit card is mandatory protocol, this should have been clearly explained when I dropped off my luggage in the morning. Canceling a reservation without contact when the guest has already arrived in person is unacceptable.
As a result, I was forced to find another hotel late at night. I was a solo Asian female traveler, and I cannot help but question whether this influenced the way I was treated. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect, and should never happen.
Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Parken und Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Problemlose Rückerstattung einer versehentlichen Doppelbezahlung.
