Pros:

The staff were all welcoming, we got a free upgrade to a larger room. The price was good especially compared to other stays in the area.

Cons:

The hotel advertised air conditioning, however, when having the AC on it was running and you could hear it but no cold air was coming out. There was no air flow in the room and you couldn't open the windows they were all locked. In the heat wave it was almost unbearable. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Don't use stairs

Shuttle to hotel was brilliant 👏

Cons:

Expected to use a coffee machine as a kettle to make tea. Continuous fills and Continuous coffee colour water. Asked for kettle in morning and on way down took stairs. Got locked in stair well as doors to floors locked. Banging on doors to get in to no avail. Finally found ground floor had a gate out of hotel, fortunately unlocked. My nerves were in pieces. Hotel staff was disinterested at my distress.
Also booked twin room ang got double then offered a fold up camp bed. I only booked hotel for twin room.

The friendly staff and location are reasons for us to stay again next time in Zurich.
Pros:

We arrived hours early and were able to store our luggage in a secure room. When we came back in early evening for checkin we were given an upgraded room for no extra charge. The breakfast was worth the cost and the shuttle to airport was also a good value.

Perfect place to stay near the Zurich airport!
Pros:

Great location for us as we got to Zurich later in the day. Great value for the nice room.

Cons:

I had a hard time communicating with a few of the staff members but that wasn't their fault. I am an English speaker and they spoke German I believe.
