Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Ich war im Untergeschoss untergebracht, wo die Zimmer mit dem Gemeinschaftsbädern sind, die sind absolut super, leider hat mein Zimmer nicht gut geschlossen und auch die Gäste det andeten Zimmer waren beim Schließen der Zimmertür sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet aber ausreichend, das Bett war bequem, Kissen weniger...Leider war draußen der Hof zum Rauchen und die Leite nehmen keine Rücksicht darauf ob da eventuell jemand schläft oder sonstiges. Aber ansonsten für den Preis ok.

Pros:

Altes Haus mit Charme. Freundlicher Empfang. Nachmittags steht Tee und Kaffee bereit. Hatte ein EZ mit Gemeinschaftsbad, das ging ohne Probleme und alles war sehr sauber. Altstadt und Schloss fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Straße, mein Zimmer zum Hof war aber sehr leise. Parkplätze in der Umgebung.

Verschenktes Potenzial

- Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

- Die Rezeption ist nie besetzt.
- Frühstück gibt es nur von 8:00 bis 9:00 Uhr. Tatsächlich wurden Gäste im Hotel, die sich für ein Frühstück eingetragen hatten per Klopfen geweckt und zum Frühstück gebeten. Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig, aber qualitativ höchstens ausreichend. Das Rührei war kalt, die Brötchen aufgebacken und daher trocken und hart. Brot gab es gar nicht. Nachgelegt wurde auch nichts. Einen Frühstücksservice gab es nicht. 15 € dafür ist zu teuer.
- Service wird also nicht besonders groß geschrieben
- Das Hotel liegt an einer befahrenen Kreuzung. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof und habe somit vom Straßenlärm nichts mitbekommen. Andere Gäste fanden den Geräuchpegel aber störend.
- Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer mit französischem Bett belegt mi einem Topper. Sowohl das Bett als auch der Topper hatte die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Das Bad war ok, die Dusche sehr klein.

Fazit:

Ich hatte den Eindruck, Gäste waren ihnen eher lästig als willkommen. Sie waren nicht unfreundlich aber eben auch nicht im geringsten servieorientiert. Wenn man überhaupt mal jemanden zu Gesicht bekam.
Schade, das Haus hätte Potenzial.

Schönes Hotel fußläufig zum Bahnhof, Altstadt und Schloß. Unterkunft sehr sauber und zum wohlfühlen. Nach 19 Uhr sehr gutes Einchecken mit Zugangscode.

Cons:

Mein Fernseher hat leider nicht funktioniert. Es waren keine Programme vorhanden.
