Personalul foarte amabil

Cons:

Camera friguroasă, caloriferele nu fac căldură suficient, baia/toaleta nu are ușa și nici vreun alt tip de aerisire așa că mirosul și/sau aburul ajunge în dormitor. Fotoliile din cameră sunt pătate și nu îți vine să te așezi. Condițiile de cazare foarte proaste, iar prețul exagerat. Nu recomand.

Cons:

Oude kamer, erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Er lag geen kussen voor onze zoon, moesten we om vragen. Er lagen maar twee kopjes voor de koffie/thee terwijl we met drie personen waren

Prima! Zou het weer boeken.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel die goed proberen te helpen en te ondersteunen! Nette en schone kamers met goedwerkende airco, lekkere bedden. Fijne locatie en lekker eten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Op de zolderkamer een badkuip waarbij de douchekop niet opgehangen kan worden en er geen douchewand is. Je bent verplicht om in bad te gaan als je niet de hele badkamer nat wilt maken. Een snelle opfrisbeurt in de douche is er niet bij. Ik miste ook een tafel met spiegel in de slaapkamer, maar deze waren ruimschoots aanwezig in de badkamer. Een puntje waar niets aan veranderd kan worden: helaas geen lift aanwezig en ontzettend steile trappen, wat het met een groot koffer erg lastig maakt. Wel bieden ze aan om het personeel de koffer te laten dragen. Erg netjes! Maar ik laat zelf niet iemand anders mijn hele overbeladen hutkoffer met onnodig spul dragen.

Pros:

De locatie was echt top, in het hart van Baarle! Vanuit deze locatie konden we de omgeving te voet verkennen en ook horeca was op loopafstand.

Cons:

Het hotel kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. De kamer, maar ook de publieke ruimtes zijn erg gedateerd. Ook de douche was niet fantastisch, die kon geen temperatuur vasthouden.
