Great stay with great environment
Pros:

Very clean, quiet, near the hawker centre, has polite and friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary bus service to Pasir Ris MRT and Changi Village is great.

Pros:

Per noi purtroppo è stata un’esperienza decisamente negativa. La struttura ci è sembrata vecchia, poco curata e per niente accogliente. Anche la pulizia non era al livello che ci aspettavamo.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte e siamo stati sistemati nella struttura secondaria, cosa che abbiamo trovato piuttosto scomoda: per raggiungere la camera bisogna prendere l’ascensore e percorrere anche un tratto esterno. Con i bagagli e per un soggiorno così breve non è stato affatto pratico.

Anche la colazione ci ha deluso: poco invitante e, a nostro parere, con prodotti di qualità piuttosto bassa. Padelle e attrezzature apparivano molto usurate e i dolci erano prevalentemente prodotti già pronti e molto zuccherati. Nel complesso non ci ha invogliato quasi nulla.

Avevamo scelto Changi Cove esclusivamente per la posizione relativamente vicina all’aeroporto: arrivavamo a Singapore molto tardi la sera e ripartivamo presto la mattina successiva, quindi cercavamo semplicemente una soluzione comoda senza spendere una cifra eccessiva.

Considerando anche questo, non ci aspettavamo certo un hotel di lusso, ma almeno una struttura più pulita, curata e accogliente. Personalmente non lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Pros:

The hotel is near Changi Airport. Overall nice environment, really near from the sea. The hotel has shuttle bus to the subway. Price relatively low.

Cons:

The room is smaller than expected and the hygiene condition is not so well. Also has mosquitos and insects since the hotel is near to a lot of trees.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special. Staying at the Cove is very peaceful. Food delivery best way to be fed. Bus stop only 400m from hotel and less than10 minutes to Changi village with shops/hawker stalls.

Cons:

Would have liked more shampoo and body wash in room. Petty whing.
