Pros:

Nothing. The place is dirty and the staff doesn't care. Hair on bathroom floor and floating in toilet. Insects egg sacs hanging from ceiling and walls. Hallways shabby and dirty. Booked for 8 days but left after 1 day. I travel to Saigon once a month from Cambodia and booked here because mu usual places were full. I have lived in the region for 20 years and this was my worst Vietnam hotel and overpriced to boot. Stay away!

Pros:

Расположение отличное, прямо у набережной, где можно прогуляться , посидеть в кафе и покататься на прогулочном катере.
Магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности.
Номера чистые, уборка проводилась каждый день.
Завтрак на открытой террасе с видом на набережную. Завтрак по принципу шведский стол. Ассортимент огромный: от фруктов , овощей, десертов до супов, гарниров и мясных блюд.
Отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Помогали во всех сложных ситуациях.

Stay away if you can. Great location, poor facility.

Cons:

Hotel very old and used, everything functional but very old, wallpaper peeling on all levels.
Room walls knocked around and dirty, needed a crow bar to open the door to the fridge. A/C didn't seem to change temperature, always too cold. So had to turn off regularly. Furniture is knocked around and very old. The elevator was filthy. To use the staircase was an obstacle course of dirty plates, glasses, crockery and rubbish, mixed with next day linen. WTF, Saying that, the staff were doing the best they could and were very attentive to our needs. Night reception had a go at me because I was later than suggested arrival time, my flight was 2 hours late. Again WTF? I was told my partner could park her motorbike onsite? No!! No parking available on her arrival. When i asked? Its pot luck with space on the road out front WTF.
