Just fine
Pros:

Everything is near and walkable in going to tourist spots. The staff are nice and accommodating. The room is okay. The location is really good if you want to walk going to Apartment Café and even going to the Cathedral.

Cons:

The room is okay, the bed was comfortable and fine. However, there's a lot of dust and cobwebs on the ceiling. 😔

Avoid this hotel at all costs
Pros:

Couple of helpful staff

Cons:

Absolutely rubbish place. AC does not work. Bed uncomfortable . Staff said AC will not cool more than this. In the hot and humid weather impossible to sleep. Was provided a fan which made so much noise. Avoid hotel

Unavailability, mold and cockroaches
Pros:

The staffs were friendly except for one, and we had good conversations with them.

Cons:

We checked in and was put into an "upgraded" room for night 1 because of no availability. The room had poor facilities, exposed wires, mold, the loads.

Afternoon of day 2, we had to move to a new room. This room is full of cockroaches as soon as came in and got increasingly worse. They were still there after 2 separate attempts at termination from us and hotel staffs.

Night of day 2, we were moved to a different room, with the catch that we have to move again morning of day 3. This third room is supposed to be the best room they have to offer but reeked of smoke despite this being being a non-smoking hotel.

JUST DON'T COME HERE. For your own sake.

- Ausstattung/Inneneinrichtung: 8 – frische Farbe, schöne Dekoration, angenehme Atmosphäre, alles ist durchgehend gut gepflegt, aber vielleicht gibt es etwas zu viele Pflanzen, wodurch der Raum etwas weniger großzügig wirkt.
- Personal: 10 – alle, von der Rezeption über das Reinigungsteam bis hin zur Küche und dem Sicherheitspersonal, waren unglaublich hilfsbereit, respektvoll und freundlich.
- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: 9 – angemessene Preise.
- Dusche: 8 – der Wasserdruck könnte besser sein, aber die Temperatur bleibt konstant.
- Beleuchtung: 9 – sehr hell und gut beleuchtet.
- Negatives: siehe Abschnitt „Nachteile“.
- Internetgeschwindigkeit: 9,5 – super schnell!
- Klimaanlage: 8 – sie funktioniert, braucht aber etwas Zeit, um das Zimmer abzukühlen.
- Bettwäsche, Kissen, Handtücher: 9 – hochwertige Qualität, sauber, weiß und jeden Tag frisch.

GESAMTBEWERTUNG: 9,0. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten und dieses Hotel unseren Freunden und Familienmitgliedern wärmstens empfehlen.

Я решил сделать там массаж. Массаж был плохой, а массажист обиделся чаевым в 12% и стал высказывать претензии. В следующий раз я точно там не остановлюсь

ホテルは繁華街の近くなのですが、窓なしの部屋だったので、全然うるさくなかったです。遠距離バスのバス停も近距離の路線バスのバス停も近くにあって、便利な場所でした
