Great experience, we'll be back!
Pros:

Dreamtel was an excellent hub for our 3-week Borneo trip. We stayed here 3 times in total and were happy to have a nice place to come back to, and also a trusted place to leave a part of our luggage. Our room was quite small, but clean and comfortable, with a great view. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a highlight. Tasty, abundant and nourishing, with daily variations, so we did not get bored.

Cons:

The only fault I can think of are the windows: they are not isolated, so we could hear the street and traffic noise, that never really stopped.

Hotel doesn’t look as nice as in the photos and not as clean. Breakfast is very average and doesn’t have too many options
Receptionist seems always bored and not very polite
