Bathroom a bit dirty. The door seems not safe.

bad air-conditioning and no proper parking

早くから静かな部屋を希望していたのに、当初準備された部屋はエアコンが全く機能せず、鍵も壊れていた。やむを得ず替えてもらった部屋は1009室だったが、一晩中、道路の車の騒音がけたましく鳴り響いて、本当に一睡もできないひどさだった。窓ガラスはケチらないで防音ガラスに交換すべきだ。また、日曜の朝食は開始時間に利用したがメニューがお粗末で手抜きだった印象である。部屋の交換ももっと客のニーズをしっかり聞いて対応するよう従業員を再教育してほしい。

Very disappointing, especially considering the photos presented on Booking, which do not reflect the current condition of the hotel at all. The property is much older, run-down and dirtier than the photos suggest. The photos simply do not reflect the reality of the hotel today.

The cleanliness is clearly inadequate: dirty walls and black, mouldy shower seals.

We stayed in two rooms, and both had problems. In one, the air conditioning did not work. In the other, the bed sheets were stained with blood and had hair on them. They were changed after we reported the issue to reception.

There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathrooms in both rooms, from both the toilets and the showers.

The soundproofing is non-existent. You can very easily hear noise coming from neighbouring rooms and the corridors. The hotel is also located next to a very busy and noisy avenue, and the windows have no double glazing. Bring earplugs if you want to get any sleep!!!!!!!!

Also, be careful about leaving personal belongings in your room: the housekeeping staff throw away or take things left on the bedside tables, including tissues, earplugs, receipts, etc.

The breakfast is simply terrible.

We specifically requested a quiet room away from the lift, but were given a room directly opposite it, making it extremely noisy. I asked to change rooms, but was told that the hotel was fully booked. The soundproofing is also very poor, so noise from the corridor and other guests is easily heard.

The hotel regularly receives large Chinese tour groups, with buses arriving one after another. Unfortunately, these groups can be extremely noisy, and nothing seems to be done to ask guests to keep the noise down. As this hotel is clearly a regular stop for large tour buses, this can make the stay quite unpleasant if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Cleanliness could also be improved.

Breakfast was not particularly good, although the buffet offered a generous selection.

Overall, the price is reasonable and there are some good points, but the noise was a major issue for us. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the right hotel for you.

Aircond not cold

I only have one gripe in that I wanted to contact a local golf course to see if I could get on for a game. I was unable to make a local call from my mobile phone. I enquired about the room phone which was internal use only. I then asked the reception if they could make the call for me. I offered to pay but my request was declined. I thought this was a bit mean.
