Cons:

Au vu du standing de l’hôtel, la restauration est décevante : salle du restaurant moche, pas de bar / lieu de vie, dîner de Noël très cher au vue de la prestation.
Le rapport qualité / prix général n’est pas bon.

No volvería!

No lo recomiendo, por las sgts razones:

Las instalaciones son súper antiguas.

Cero sentido de hospitalidad.

El desayuno es súper limitado y poco agradable.

La cama estaba como “hundida”

No hay aire acondicionado y tampoco se pueden abrir las ventanas por los insectos.

Los alrededores de algunas habitaciones son oscuras y solitarias.

El precio, no lo vale!

Hay otros hoteles en la zona que por la mitad del precio, hay un desayuno espectacular, atención al cliente excepcional, instalaciones modernas, huelen rico, se siente ese sentido de hospitalidad que le hace falta a este hotel Heliconias.

Stay far away from this place
Pros:

Hotel screwed us over so bad
Had a night book for Saturday and then Tuesday when we arrived Saturday they said we had two room that night and nothing for Tuesday they could not figure out the problem despite being show two completely different reservations

Cons:

they stole my money for a booking I had that they did not honor

NEVER EVER STAY HERE!

Getting out of this place!

Cons:

NEVER EVER STAY HERE! We had two separate reservations to stay here one on 12.07.24 and the other 12.10.24 for one night each. When we arrived at the hotel to check in on 12.07 they advised us we had two rooms for 12.07 and none for 12.10. After showing them the 2 different reservations they took some screen shots of them and said they would advise that evening of what the problem with the 3rd party booking site we used was. After inquiring later that evening after dinner, the next day at breakfast and then for a 3rd that afternoon of 12.08 at check out, they said they did not have anything new to tell us. Now mind you the flash flood are going on during this and its a 4 hour ride back to the hotel from the beach we are staying in the next nights, so we wouldn't make the trip back on 12.10 without a confirmed reservation. The hotel refuses to acknowledge their error and has refused to refund us. STAY AWAY!
