The Cocoon Patong

klimatyzacja była Super. Trochę daleko do morza, trzeba mieć skuter. I brak basenu to duży minus, bo była bardzo gorąco. Personel sprzątający bardzo miły i Sympatyczny, Pani w recepcji bardzo miła i przyjezdna, dużo mi pomagała. Zatem mogę polecić na pewno.

チェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらえた。その後、コーラル島のツアーにも参加することができ、パトンビーチ内で夕食も取ることができて大変助かった。従業員の方も笑顔で対応してくれて本当にありがたかった。

Sehr altes Einrichtungsstil, sehr hellhörig.
Allerdings sehr freundlich personal, und gut gelegener, 5 Minuten zu jungceylon , 15 Minuten zum patong beach .

Flott hotell med ypperlig beliggenhet 700 meter fra Hard Rock Cafe og 1200 meter fra Big-C og kjøpesenteret. Rett ut på veien og så er man på vei direkte til Karon og KATA Beach. Kan ikke få det bedre, og akkurat den plasseringen som jeg elsker i Patong, med kort vei opp til Nanai Rode. 2000 meter til Bangla Rode...Hotelet var rent og fint. Rommene hadde Flatskjerm TV med 40 kanaler, herunder europeisk, Australsk og Amerikansk. Internett 5G, telefon til reseptionen, kjøleskap og en dusj der vannet har trykk og vannet renner ned i sluk. Nei det er ikke noe overdådig luksus, men når man sammenligner pris og komfort så blir dette en høy scoore fra meg. Jeg valgte rom uten vindu fordi jeg er lite på hotellrommet ca. 8 timer om døgnet og mest fordi jeg ikke vil å mygg inn på rommet. Aircondishener funket utmerket og det aller viktigste av alt. Senga og trekkene ble byttet på HVÆR DAG. Gjester på rommet ingen problem hverken verbalt eller økonomisk så fremt man ikke oversteg antall sengeplasser på rommet. Til den nette sum av 220 Norske kroner eller 25 USD pr natt så blir det garrantert et eller flere besøk på dette flotte hotellet med eksemplarisk serviceinnstilt betjening... :-)😀😀😀😀😀😀

This a great no frills hotel. If you just want a clean place to shower and sleep this is great. Good locations And friendly staff

Twin bed and room was clean and pleasant to stay in
We decided to stay extra day and booked room with no window room 205 .We could not sleep the bed was itching and air condition was not working
We could not sleep we did mention to staff

The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Patong Jungceylon. the room was very clean and serviced daily. the big issue for me was the noise from the aircon unit. so much so I had to wear earplugs to get any sleep. I did raise the problem with the hotel staff but they said they had no other rooms available. if they had the aircon unit fixed it would have been perfect for me, very good vfm.

The lobby did not look like the pictures. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. Be prepared to have to leave 1000 baht deposit cash upon check in.

Amazing rooms and incredibly nice staff. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Was on a quiet street, close to a busier road hence there were lots of amenities, yet it was quiet. My wife paid 200 baht for a 100 breakfast - sensing she had made a mistake they had the money set aside and asked her about it the following day when staff saw us. We stayed in 4 different hotels in and around Patong during our three weeks and this one offered the best value for the money. Would definitely go back!

We would recommend the Cocoon Patong. The staff was e trembly helpful and friendly-especially the young woman who was at the desk during the day. Our room was large and comfortable. It was within a 10-15 minutewalktothe beach and restaurants. It was quiet at night for sleeping. We arranged our tours with the front desk and all were good.

Attention! Do not trust fake reviews. This place deserves maybe 1.5 stars if that. I would give it no stars except for a lift. The room had no window . Read the fine print somewhere. But where? It has not been renovated for a long time and is quite shabby. Although there are much worse places here, this one does not deserve stars!

This hotel has a great location, Inigo, the owner who is Spanish, is a wonderful and helpful guy and so are all his team. Clean large rooms, great a/c, quiet and with laundry, excursions, rent a bike and taxi service. A great stay! Thanks.

Very bare bones.... No tissues, no coffee r tea. Just a roll of toiet paper. Kettle and fridge. 2 free bottles of water per day... Standard in Thailand.
Breakfast... Is very greasy.... Go to the corner of the busy street, turn left, then visit either the Boa or Green Gourmet after a wee walk.
It's an open bathroom... No shower curtain no real shower floor separation
Drain can't handle the shower flow.
Our room had no windows or vent for air circulation, air con worked but the air in room was very stale... Very hard to regulate the temp. The front desk clerk did warn of it been an inside rm. but had no others available. We would suggest a price of 20.00 a night and only make it a 1 night stay if really needed.
If you add any tours etc. and pay via credit card.. there's a 3% add on. Most hotels don't do this as it breaks the agreement with the credit card company.
We were given a 20% discount on a day tour that offset the credit card add.
The inside rooms make for sleepless nights
The hotel is about 80 m. from a busy road... Sounds from hallway and adjoining rooms can be excessive.
A small slice of weather stripping the door jam would really cut down the door closing noises.
Regretfully, even with the terrific staff, we can't recommend this hotel because of its iside rooms and "bare bones"..

Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable, clean rooms. No window which meant a very peaceful nights sleep. A bit of a mix-up with reception regarding a taxi to te airport, but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is OK for a quick stay perhaps 1 or 2 days. There is no shower curtain or wall,...so everything in the bathroom gets wet when taking a shower. A shower curtain rod would be a quick and easy fix. The owner and staff were very nice and friendly.
